While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Dead sea apple

Dead sea apple. Avoid at all costs. Does it all look too good to be true? In this case it really, really is. ...

If you are not a US citizen, try asking US-based lawyers if they will help you with a commercial dispute involving Elevate. Or if they will even suggest a US-based lawyer to try. I checked with some other disgruntled former clients of Elevate and they also found no US lawyers were willing to help them, not even to organise a mediation.

Be sure to read other Google Reviews on Elevate:
(I've just put a text fragment from each; to read each review in entirety, in Google Maps you can click the Sort button and from the dropdown menu that pops up, select "Lowest Rating" menu choice. This will bring the following four low-rating reviews to the top of the list of Elevate's multitude of "reviews")

1. Tiffany Berkowitz (2021)
"... Kyle threatens them[i.e. egg donors] with legal action and "libel."

2. Christian M. (2021)
"...The really shocking aspect of this story is that they're misusing their clients who are often times in very vulnerable situations."

3. Benjamin Harris (2020)
"...our doctor will not work with Elevate."

4. Alexis Heng (2021)
"...Very poor communication"

------------------------------------------
If you do still want to use Elevate, be sure to add in at the end of any contract they draft for you, as follows (without the quotes), in view of California law considering only material breaches to constitute a breach of contract:
"Any breach of this contract shall be considered a material breach."
