unprofessional

Unfortunately again the case of an unprofessional approach. I invited a person from this company to put all the switches into the same position in the house. A person came over, looked around, found 3 of them, did the job within 5 minutes and asked EUR 40 for it. I paid and after he left I found out that he skipped one switch, I called him, left a message in his voice-mail, then called him again, he picked up the phone, mentioned that the connection is bad and he would call me back immediately: this "immediately" lasts for one month already. I honestly sent him text messages with a kind request to come and fix the last switch but he ignors me. This is how people make money out the air abusing the fact that I am a foreigner here.(
