Absolutely horrible customer service. We have returned a faulty vibrations meter and the case has been open for more than 2 months. They just do not respond.

Outstanding shop. I have ordered 3 times from them, and had a flawless experience every time.
I purchased a hygrometer that arrived defective. Elfadistrelec sent me back another one for free without requiring to send back the old one, hence I didn't have to pay any additional fees.
Great selection of items, and some really great prices as well. Shipping times are unbeatable, usually 2-3 business days with DHL from Germany to Norway, free shipping costs.
Customer support is friendly and helpful.
One of my better experiences with e-shops.

I am absolutely satisfied with Distrelec Group.
I got my order earlier than I expect and everything was already.
Truly, I was a bit unsure to purchase from Distrelec because of the recent bad reviews, but I couldn't find the items that I want anywhere else. So, I tried by chance and had a good experience.
The only challenge that I had was I didn't receive a tracking number, but I didn't ask for it.
