NOT 100% THE EXCACT PRODUCT CHOSEN.
Most importantly.........the photos of products should be accurate & important because we customers make decisions based also on what we see. So to my disappointment today I saw that my Melitta Molino order has a red ring on the front panel AS YOUR PHOTO ONLINE SHOWS TOO...........but when I came home I saw that elgiganten gave me the black version instead. This actually means...not exactly what I have CHOSEN to order.
And the other thing is.....very long waiting time.

Gentofte - Brilliant Service - Excellent Knowledge!
So we wanted a basic bluetooth speaker for the bathroom - A young gentleman approached us and asked if we needed help, we said we did not and would just look, however we realized we did need help so we approached the same gentleman and told him what we were looking for - a small good value bluetooth speaker for the bathroom, now I don't speak Danish, this young man broke into perfect English straightaway - not only did he speak perfect English, but he knew each and every product, the benefits, the charging hours, the time on battery - the waterproof certificate - even to say why some speakers sounded better than others, there was no upsell - he was honest and full of facts - we left with a great purchase and we are very happy that now we can listen to audio books in the shower!! Please congratulate this young man on this, it was around 17:00 ish on the 9th of July 2023 - I was English speaking - so should not be too hard to track him down. If this gentleman is the type of people you are employing then I applaud you - great job and thank you!!

dishonest elgiganten sales
ok product, dishonest sales that tricked customer money!!!
bought a washmachine (SMU4ECW14S) on gentofte genåbning tilbud. the price should be 3222 kr but the sales said actual price was 3444 kr minus the bosch cash back program to get to 3222 kr. So I paid 3444 kr for the washmachine even the gentofte genåbning tilbud avis said price should be 3222 kr.
I did not realized the sales tricked me until today after I talked to others also bought the similar washmachine and they paid exactly the price in gentofte genåbning tilbud avis! nothing more!
so be warned: when shopping in elgiganten, do NOT trust the sales!
