The staff was very friendly and the few times I spoke to them online they were always responsive. It's a great bonus to be able to contact the staff at any time.

After you have bought your item and need repair, everything is complicated and really bad. Without any notification, they closed my repair ticket, i called them and got it open again and now im waiting again, again, so far almost 3 month for a battery change and still counting :(

Bought a phone with them, and it is clearly defected. The first customer person was really helpful, took the phone and wrote down all the questions. But then they sent the phone sent back, saying did all the "regular" check didn't find anything. But the problem still exists. We tried to talk to the customer service person, he refused to listen to us and keep repeating the phone is fine they checked it and acting like I don't know what I am talking about. I would say that is a very arrogant tone and irresponsible attitude to their customers.

I ride 20km with my cargo bike to get it.
and learned there that it is not in stock anymore
The vendor wants me to pay full frice for a new one.

I bought an e-bike and the battery/charger was not working. I called the customer service immediately and I got instructions to go back to Herlev Store, where I picked up the product. And this is when my journey began...
Problem was solved only after 1 month of delay, 5 travels to the physical store, several phone calls and emails.
It was impossible to reach out to the store directly and I was depending on the customer service for the communication to the store and they could not find an agreement with each other and I had conflicting instructions every single time. Every person who spoke to me at the store had a different approach, from "I have no idea, ask customer service" to "this is not how we do it, what customer service is asking is wrong".
Very frustrating process. I felt very disrespected and I expected some kind of compensation or at least a priority shipping when they finally decided to solve my problem, but they even suggested I should pay 500kr to get the bike earlier.
I do not recommend the online store to anyone.

Ordered online, after few minutes item was ready to pick up in the store. Went to the store and after few minutes got my purchase.

You can tell your boss that this offer and the whole process with Elgiganten is rather disappointing and not customer friendly to say the least. The first offer made for 7(!) home appliances on 5 Jan barely includes any rebate (2,4% on a total in excess of 90.000kr), hoping the customer is stupid enough not to compare prices with competition, or ask for a price match. The second offer includes the minimum rebates given the price match policy. And today, 9 January, despite the second offer being still valid until 13 Jan, Elgiganten overruled the second offer with a new but higher offer!
If trustpilot had the option to select 0 star I would do it.

I have sent my Cafe machine ( sage barista express) to repair and I have bought it less than a year. After waiting 4 weeks they returned the device back and was absolutely dirty and they haven’t cleaned it. I have called them and send them the pictures from my device and they have told me it’s not their fault cause they have sent it to other repair shops which is their subcontractor.
Any way after using 1 week now when I wanna have hot water the water start Leaking water from every where. Then I have contacted again to customer service and they have been absolutely unreasonable to what happened and they didn’t take any responsibility for this issue.
That was really pour customer service.
