Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service , specially the warranty service , I have a coffe machine from them with extended warranty so the machine broke after 2.5 years I’ve been there for repair and they says it will take up to 14 days, I have to wait over 1 month for it without getting another machine to use, so of course I have to buy coffe from gas station which it’s expensive. After few months the machine broke again , right now it’s in the service I hope the says up to 14 days , it’s over 14 days now and they don’t even contact me so I have to drive down there and ask them to hurry but probably it will be again 1 month waiting without having another machine to use. If you call them at the phone they will say that they can’t see much about it so the best thing it’s to drive 5 km down the store and talk to them face to face. I’ll never ever buy a product from them again.
Edited : 13.07.2024 , I have been there today , the machine it’s not ready and that’s been 15 days service today so it’s still being late , I have to see maybe I’ll be lucky on Monday as today it’s Saturday and they cannot contact the service. At least today they give me a replace machine to use meanwhile my machine it’s in service , probably they have been informed about my negative experience on trustpilot, I want to mention that 2 times before and also this time they says to me that they can’t give me a machine to use and right after this comment here I’ve got a machine to use. Anyway now im okay with waiting as I have another machine to use. But still bad customer service as being late than the day that supposed to be ready.

I ordered a pen drive from Elgiganten Taastrup with click on delivery option . In the website it was mentioned that it will pick in 30mins. After placed the order got email saying that once the order is ready will send you sms to pick up. After 22 hours I got cancellations email says Taastrup Elgiganten they don’t have this product but online it was showing 64 in stock.
We bad experience.

We of course reserve the right for stock errors as mentioned on our website but you getting a cancellation email so many hours after the order was made, is not optimal.

Check that you get new product not second usage!
I bought a special hair dryer with incorporated hair brush. I specifically bought the new one not the outlet cheaper version. When opening it at home the plastic bag inside the box was open and the brush was full of hair from someone else. I might have forgiven a few hair strands if I got the outlet version of it ( cheaper by 25%), but when I buy a new product I expect a new product. So to anyone reading this make sure you get new product when paying for a new product
