Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

I would give 0 stars, if it was an option. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT and DESTURBING experience from elgiganten.

After I went to the physical store to receive my online purchase (Apple watch), I saw that the box was somehow dirty & the straps were missing. It looked like the product was previously opened. After, my boyfriend told me he also had the same experience - with online ordered headphones - which were not only opened but also used , since there was earwax in them.... Anyways, after I said that I want to return the product (at place), the lady starting so desperately convincing me that there was not such a thing.. In essence - lying to my face. I was also not informed about how long the return was going to take, while the customer service responded very slowly...
Definitely, not ordering again from this shop!

Took 2 months for them to repair my…

Took 2 months for them to repair my laptop which was under warranty, they have sent it to a workshop who has sent it to another workshop all the way to Norway.

Got my laptop back with a password on it, which they have no idea what it is!!!!

Been to that store about 15 times throughout the 2 months, calls and support chat.

They just gave me a borrow laptop the last couple of days, which didn’t even have Microsoft office in it. Who need a laptop without having anything on it?

A waste of my time!! Definitely last time buying from them!

And trust me, if I had the energy to sue them I would!!

Worst service I’ve ever seen in my…

Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life!!!

They have had my laptop for a month now to fix it as I had it insured there when I bought it, don’t care that they are not the insurance or who fixed it for them, I was told they will have it for about 2 weeks! Now I’ve been going to school without a laptop and I went down there to ask for a status. I was told they will call me by tomorrow, that was last week!!
