Bad service
I am (or I was) a regular customer at Elgiganten - I bought almost all my electronics there.
I bought a new Pixel 7 Pro in October and set it up when I got home. I immediately felt that the scrolling was off but thought, "maybe I'll get used to it" - I couldn't get used to it. I did some research online and saw that there are more people with the same issue and that there is no fix. So I went back to EG and tried to get my money back. They declined but offered to send it in. Almost a month later, I got back a new phone, took it home again, and had the same scrolling issue. I immediately brought it back, asking if I could get my money back this time; I even offered to buy a more expensive phone right there at their shop. No way - it had to be sent in again. This time it only took a little over two weeks until I got back another new device. Still the same issue. Back to the shop a third time.

Then you know how I felt today.
Still, no money back, and they sent it in for repairs the third time.
Since there is no way of repairing it, I will probably get my 3rd new device with the same problem. After the third failed repair attempt, I hope they will finally offer a refund.
And all this frustration could have been easily handled by being customer oriented. Instead, I was confronted with either some part-timer that had no clue (not their fault) or somebody that indirectly told me to f*** off with a smug smile on their face. They even told me that since they didn't repair my phone but sent me a new one every time, there won't be any refund even after three failed attempts. I should instead wait a few months until Google maybe releases a fix for a 7000 DKK phone.
I really hope this case can soon be closed.
Update 28/12/2022
The 3. try to repair the phone started 09/12/, last update was 13/12/ and since then nothing happened. Contacted their social media team that told me we have to wait till the phone is back. But it looks like they drag it out as long as possible. Such a joke.

I finally got the money back. The whole case could have been resolved a lot sooner. But better late than never. So raising my rating from 1 to 2 stars.
