Same as Sara down below in the comments but I ordered 1 product and its the wrong one. DO NOT BUY.

"Horrible. Got 1 item right the other 2 are wrong. Have been trying to get this corrected for about 2 months was just finally told to keep the 2 incorrect items and the would give me a $3 gift card to make up for the error, what a joke! I’m out $50 on their mistake and got 2 tops I’ll never wear!"

After asking for a full refund cause I got the wrong product and wrong size and also already sent twice many photos of the product here is the answer I got (also note that i have been in contact with customer service for more than 1 month):
“ Dear customer,

We do offer return service to have refund to our customer. Just contact us within 15 days after received the package and send us picture or video to show the item is still with original packing or hasn’t been used, then we will send address for your return. But please kindly understand it's not reasonable enough to apply for full refund if it's not quality problems. Even if I placed the application, it might be rejected. Please kindly understand.”

Horrible company! I ordered a tshirt in April, received it in June but it is nothing close to what I ordered. I have been emailing them to get my money back but they are saying the shirt is fine although it’s not what I want. Trying to get my money back without any luck. Do not order from this company!

Ordered in April. Kept emailing the company. They said to check tracking, and tracking wouldn’t have any info other than USPS awaiting item from shipping partner. Opened a PayPal claim. Escalated it to get a refund. Finally get the item. It’s way too small and the fabric is extremely scratchy. I am going to try washing with a fabric softener but if it doesn’t get softer it will go in the trash and I will try to open another PayPal claim as this definitely is not what I was expecting and not worth a 2+ month wait.

I, like everyone else, ordered a sweatshirt on April 25th. I've asked for my money back 4 times now. They're answer is "we will ask them to update tracking info" the location has been unknown this whole time...

Ordered a sweatshirt 2 months ago and their customer service is trash And their website mysteriously disappeared. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and I opened a case and my money was protected so I will get my money back soon.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts on April 27th and still waiting on June 27th, my shipping info is not valid anymore and the website seems to have disappeared. Don’t worry they took my money no problems there!! Sent an email today but not expecting a response anytime soon. Complete scam that I can’t believe I fell for.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this site in April. Now, at the end of June, I still haven’t received it. Their customer service e-mail does not respond, there is no available tracking information, and it appears the site was taken down. Nonetheless, my payment was processed and my money was stolen. This business is absolutely a scam and doesn’t actually provide products for your money. Avoid at all costs.

Sadly, I am in the same boat as pretty much everyone here. I don't think this review will help anyone since their website is gone. I too ordered a sweatshirt in April, I haven't received it. They sent me a link to the tracking, that link is now gone. I definitely lost my money and probably wont see my purchase.

UPDATE: I finally received what I ordered! hopefully those who are still waiting on an order will get theirs soon. I placed my order in April and finally got it July 10. Quality was OK, not the worst, not the best. The colors where not what I ordered but I am just glad I didn't get scammed out of my money. Still giving them a 1 star because it took so long, the color of the sweatshirts were totally wrong and the website is gone.

Yup. Scam. Ordered a Sweater 2 months ago—they sent tracking info but never sent the item. Took my money. Shut down their site.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for a sweatshirt I ordered in April. They keep saying to wait a bit longer and refuse to give me a refund. It’s been sitting at the same “in transit” spot since May 10th!

Ordered a sweatshirt from this site over 2 months ago and havent recieved any shipping updates, paid extra for fast shipping! Now the site is down. I would really like to get a refund for my $50

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. Ordered a jumper 8 weeks ago. Never received. Scam. I emailed them and they kept sending me fake tracking numbers or tracking in Chinese. But still in China. Will not give money back and I see the website now no longer exists.

This is a fake website. I bought a sweater here through Instagram and the charged me and it never arrived

I purchased two sweatshirts on April 20, and never received. Now the site is unavailable! I need my money back or my product!

Purchased clothing through this company, delivery was terrible nearly 2 months. One of the shirts wasn't what I ordered and don't want to keep or even like the shirt. They keep telling me i should keep as a gift for someone as too expensive to ship back and I will have to pay for shipping even though the shirts wasn't the one i ordered. Have asked for a full refund which they have offered to give me USD$5 we are now up to $10 which I have refused. I didn't order the shirt don't want to keep it and want a full refund. They have been a nightmare to deal with and wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them. AVOID!

I wish the reviews here had been available earlier because all of them are 100% accurate. This 'company' is terrible. We ordered a hoodie and paid almost the same cost for express shipping as we did for the item. We purchased it as a birthday present, and after over a month without shipping that birthday has long passed.

I opened a case with PayPal which the company has ignored alongside my dozens of requests for a refund. Every message to their facebook page was met with template messages about being patient and how busy they are.

DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks. They are terrible.

After a month the shirt still has not shipped. They refuse to refund my money and keep telling me it has shipped when the tracking they sent show it hasn’t left.

If there were ZERO stars, that would be my rating. These people are ripoff artists. I ordered 3 shirts from them in March. 2 1/2 months later, I still don't have the merchandise. I've sent numerous emails to cancel the order and they respond each time that the order has shipped. They send a bogus link as a tracker for the shipping confirmation. Each of the numerous emails I've sent receives an auto reply of "please wait a little longer. the order is in transit"
Now when I click on the link to my original order, it shows it is no longer active. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!

Product took 4 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived the quality was very poor, the material was bad quality, threads were torn and the writing came off after one wash. It took me a week to get a reply regarding a refund and once I did they only offered me a $5 gift voucher when the product cost $27.99.
