Not so great if you ask for your money back!!!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience.. I needed a refund.. and after days of (email only) communication I was only partially refunded and wasn't even told it wouldn't be refunded in full.. i just noticed it in my PayPal account.
Considering I was a loyal customer I found this totally unacceptable. So 1 star for this company and no more orders from me, friends and family. No big loss for me plenty more e juice companies doing the same and doing it better.

As you made the order in error and it was shipped out we did not have to accept a return or issue a refund. However, because we did accept the return, you as the customer are liable for the delivery cost.
It was not our fault that this order was made in error so there's no reason for us to loose money on the shipping fees. The liabilities in this scenario are clearly stated in our terms and conditions.

Ordered from these guys and package arrived when expected, there were a couple of issues with the order but a quick email and everything was sorted and arrived next day with extras, brilliant company to deal with will definitely be ordering here again

Little bit more expensive compared to other websites like Vapable, but they do have a large selection of concentrates. 3.5 stars id say.
