No news after almost two months...

Almost two months ago I ordered two leotards for my daughter, but I did unfortunately not receive anything yet. I did not get a reply to my email enquiries either. I had a good exchange on the phone and I was told that I would be provided with more information about the situation per email, but this did not happen.
I understand that there might be difficulties with the supply of one the items, but I would now expect to be proposed a refund.
My daughter invested a significant part of her savings into these leotards.
