why did Elite Mobile send me a Sim ???
I didn't ask for it???

This company needs to be honest. They add services to your contract without your permission. They offered monthly benefits on my airtime as well as data. This was proved false upon checking with Vodacom direct... beware...they are dis-honest

The elite salesmen ignore you I have refused and told them not to come back to my business and they have turned up yet again trying to give us SIM cards then to try and take a photo of them on the back board in our shop to show there bosses they have put them up, we told them to get out and refused, this is constant harrasement from them and unacceptable DONT use

Elite mobile called me twice this week claiming to be calling from vodacom. They had my details and insisted that my contract was outdated and no longer available as part of vodacom offering. I told both the people who called me that I am not making any changes to my contract and the information they gave e was also nonsense, and that I would call vodacom directly as my contract is with vodacom and not them. Both agents became very rude and insistent to the point that I was so longer polite. I called vodacom and explained this and how frustrated and irritated I am with elite mobile calling me non stop. I don't have dealings with them and will not do any upgrades through them. They need to stop harassing people. If u see their number don't answer and block calls immediately.

Awful treatment by an arrogant rude rep who chose the wrong dude to try and push around. Used to be a good company to deal with but turns out they visit then write negative comments about you on their system, when things in business get harder the poor companies as Elite rise to the top. Not recommended for specialised vape store business! Don’t even deserve 1 star! Be nice also if customer service followed up with my dialogue but, they clearly do not care.

Shocking company, have been using them at my shop to sell SIM cards, hadn’t had a cheque from them in months and they are now refusing to pay because I didn’t remind them they owed me Cheques! Will never use again

I bought the EE SIM card at the London Airport...the lady set it up, but never worked........Elite are distributors, not from the EE company. The lady at the counter did not know what she was doing and just wanted to get rid of me.....it cost 20 pounds,,,,I have to got to the real location for EE in London and the person indicated to me that they has a sticker on brochure ...I had to buy a real SIM card for another 20 pounds......Be careful who you are buying the SIM card from..........be sure its directly from the SIM card company

Never had any problems with the company. Very straight forward and easy to do with. Sim sales very increased due to their really nice sim stands that stand out and receiving rewards every month or 2. Now that I have taken on their Nvee, Jucce and Jucce Bar products (vape products), which were placed in store at their own cost, the rewards have increased. I would recommend this company to everyone. Reps that service the store are always pleasant and get on very well with all the staff.

Rep came into my store and stole all my other sims from another company without permission. Do not let these reps into your store they can not be trusted

All the staff at elite mobile are great.Excellent customer service no time waisting, straight to the point.I would recommend this company to anyone who want good rewards and a outstanding customer service.My rep who visits my shop is great and very informative and very friendly all ways smiling.keep up the good work there are many companies who can’t even come close to the rewards and service elite mobile provide for their customer.Best off luck in the future.

Horrible service and lies never end 10ht May the rep pass and get my refunds e-liguite stock to scan at home on 13th May credit invoice was missing £75 they never bring stock back to store and after 8th June they sad missing stock not scan have put new order and to can credit invoice 9th June order is in I phoned them they come on 15th June they took the new order stock from
9th June they they credit invoice stock from 9th June but from 13th May £75 still not credited and after more than one week
I phone office to explain all this everyday they say tomorrow rep will came still no one in that's a robbery
