I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Dennis' Paving Stones Services. Despite multiple attempts to establish contact via both telephone and text at the provided number 604.404.6051, I received no call back or text responses.

We had agreed upon a scope of work for the steam cleaning and sealing of the paving stones in our driveway and backyard for a total of $6,500. However, Dennis and his team were present on-site for only one day, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, contrary to the initially communicated two full days.

Additionally, there was an issue with the sealing process where, despite my insistence that the entry tiles were porcelain and should not be sealed due to their nonporous nature, Dennis proceeded to apply the sealing agent, resulting in hazardous sudsy mess.

Despite raising this safety concern with Dennis, I have not received any response or confirmation of when the cleanup will be completed. Furthermore, I have not received an invoice for the services rendered, despite having made two e-transfers totaling $6,500 on Saturday in good faith.

The aftermath of the job required extensive cleaning and restoration efforts on my part, including removing and cleaning the sealing agent applied to the porcelain tiles. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the level of customer service and the outcome of the job.

Disgusting behaviour. Pestered me 3 times in a span of 2 hours if we wanted our drive clean. Upon refusing 3 times while cleaning next door neighbours drive they TRASHED our drive with dirt and leaves.

Didn’t even clean our next door neighbours drive properly for what they charge.

I hope they learn from this review that a no means no and they shouldn’t take it to heart as clearly I’ve hurt this guys ego.

Driveway cleaning and sealing warranty was not honoured. Lots of weeds again after 6 months.
