I recently purchased a pre-workout powder that promised a bonus stainless steel shaker and a free tub of creatine. However, when my parcel arrived, I was disappointed to find that the bonus items were missing. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that there had been a mix-up in their system, and they would not be rectifying the situation to send me the bonuses I should have received. This lack of resolution was incredibly frustrating, as it felt like they did not take responsibility for the advertised offer.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but a reputable company should prioritize customer satisfaction and make things right when they fall short. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
While the pre-workout powder may be effective, the lack of support and follow-through on promised bonuses greatly tarnished my experience. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, but at this point, I cannot recommend their products based on my experience.

We’d like to clarify that your order was fulfilled correctly, in line with the order confirmation you received. The bonus items you mentioned were not included because the promotional bundle was not added through the checkout process. Instead, the order was edited by yourself after placement to include the Disorder Midnight Sapphire, which unfortunately bypasses our automated promotional scripts that apply eligible bonuses.
As this would have been visible at the time of purchase, only the pre-workout itself was added to your order — not the full promotional bundle.
As we previously explained via email, promotions are only valid when the full promotional bundle is added directly at checkout — this process is outlined in our terms and conditions, which all customers agree to when purchasing through our website. We always encourage customers to review these terms, as they help avoid confusion around promotions and eligibility.
While we understand the disappointment, we’ve been transparent in explaining why the promotional items weren’t included, and your order was processed in line with our policies.

Just received my pre shred and useless shaker
Just received my pre shred, have only just started on my weight loss work out journey, mixed up according to instructions in shaker and this is where problems began, shook shaker and got covered in water and pre shred, shaker is useless cheap Chinese junk and leaks like a sieve, from the small amount I managed to taste pre shred tasted nice, however the shaker wet shirt and liquid everywhere due to poor shaker, was a very disappointing start to trying out this product😞😞
