Shit experience

Ordered stuff from them with the promise of getting gift of shaker, 3 samples and $5 voucher. On the day of delivery I was unpleasantly surprised not to see my gift, which were promised with every purchase.
Horrible customer service, literally said sucks to be you...
!!!! Terrible shop!!!! Scammers
According their reply to my comment, they sent me $5 voucher which forces me to spend more money with them...I didn't ask for that. If you ran out of promotion stuff then do not include it in the cart. When Lancome or any other GOOD company don't have their stuff. They automatically remove promotion gifts from the availability.

We do not appreciate false claims. To clarify, we have never had a promotion offering a shaker, three samples, AND a $5 voucher with every order. Our current offer provides a free gift only when spending over $100. You are getting confused at the advertised image and not what you ACTUALLY get, which is a random lucky dip of a sample.

As explained multiple times, when we run out of samples, we provide a $5 voucher as compensation and in your case, we actually issued two, which was an exception. You later filed a chargeback claiming you didn’t receive your free sample and requested a full refund. That claim was reviewed and rejected, as our records clearly showed your order was fulfilled correctly.

At no point did our customer service team say, “sucks to be you.” We simply explained the situation and followed our policy. We are not scammers, and we take integrity very seriously.

The returns/exchange policy is lacking

The returns/exchange policy is lacking. Tried to make an exchange in store for an item I purchased the wrong flavour of; was told that even though it is a corporate store products bought online were unrelated to their store and I would have to exchange it online. Contacted online teams, and was told that I would have to pay shipping to return the product, get a refund, buy a new one and then pay to have it shipped again. They do not do exchanges even though it is the same product. The one I bought the wrong flavour of was only purchased two weeks prior but I was told that they would not honour the sale price and as it is a return and I would have to pay full price to purchase again. Will not be using this online store again unless they update their practices to be a bit more consumer friendly.

While our stores and online team are both part of Elite Supplements, they operate separate inventory systems, so in-store exchanges for online purchases aren’t possible.

Our online policy allows returns for unopened items within the set time frame, with the cost of return shipping covered by the customer. Once received, a refund is processed promptly so a new order can be placed. This ensures all products meet our strict quality and safety standards.

You didn’t give me the 1L zombie labs drink bottle even though it was still being promoted on your website.

Products are bang on. I've been getting supps from elitesupps for a while now and can't fault them at all. If something isn't right just swing them a message they sure will fix it up and the way they deal with customers is absolutely amazing. Unsafe and Unsanitary.

Unsafe and Unsanitary.
I ordered a couple of items online and when it arrived, it came out all powdery and dirty. I reached out to customer service and they told me that it is due to being in a warehouse and items can get dirty and all those shenanigans. But it is a supplement company, it shouldn't be like that. The company and the warehouse should be clean. It looked like it is not safe to consume when it arrived. Everything was sealed and all but it made me question the safety of their products.

Sold a discounted product that was not…

Sold a discounted product that was not usable (hard as a rock) and then told that the item is on sale and meant to be in that condition. Which is completely unusable... got told to break it up with a spoon. an $80 pre workout tub that I need to chizzle like a greek god. Maybe if I could use the pre workout, I could get the strength to break up the rock hard supplement I was sold.

***Update ***
Disclaimer that product has clumping. I totally get clumping, however to be rock hard and barely able to scrape a half serving off the block...
I guess they should sell this as a pre-workout bar that you eat rather than a supplement you drink... won't be buying from here again.
Disclaimer : I do purchase from a couple actual elite supps store with no problem, they were shocked at the responses I have gotten from the online service.

The online service was great

The online service was great when I needed to cancel my order they did so straight away the first time the second time they missed my email but told me they would help with the return postage if I still needed it cancelled which I decided against. Have bought from the stores on multiple occasions without issue. Recently I bought something online and it arrived with the seal already broken, no scoop and hardened powder stuck to the sides of the tub. The product seems to have clearly been opened before, allowing some moisture to get into the tub.

I spoke with a Lucus via email, who despite providing sufficient information regarding the concerns and a photo, has refused to organise an exchange. Instead he has told me the seal is meant to be already broken, disregarded the fact the scoop was missing and stated that because the photo does not show the hardened powder, there is nothing wrong with it.

Dodgy, would not recommend buying online. Go to a physical store instead.

Avoid this company at all costs

Absolute joke of a company. Went on at night to have a look at some items, and then remove them from my cart as the website automatically adds random deals to the basket. The website then automatically processed a 250 dollar payment as I went to delete from my cart. I emailed straight away. I rang first thing in the morning as the website states that the call center opens at 8AM. At precisely 8.53AM my order was ‘shipped’. I then managed to get through at 9.01AM only to be told that the people are in the call centre but they don’t start answering phones until 9. The ‘team leader’ was horrible and the only ‘solution’ I was offered was to send it all back for a refund, but will be charged a $75 auspost fee for the weight. All she offered was the most unsinciere ‘sorry’ I’ve ever heard. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me “well I’m basically the manager” is she a manager or a team leader? Obviously just didn’t want to help me now that they’ve gotten money from me. So bloody upset considering we are so close to Christmas. Actually considered repurchasing if I could get my money back, even thought they are one of the most expensive supplement retailers I have ever seen, but the lack of care from a company is so bad it’s not funny. Please AVOID at all costs from giving your money to this company. Shop at the small retailers instead. Will make sure I tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere.

As discussed during our phone conversation, our phone lines operate from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and an out-of-office voice message communicates these hours, which you would have heard when you tried to call us. Our Live Chat portal is available on our website near where you would have found our phone number and business hours, and we encourage customers to send emails and text messages between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Anything urgent, we have our Live Chat portal that is open until 9:00 pm.

Our team is present in the office from 8:00 am. However, following our recent Black Friday Sale, our inboxes are overwhelmed with inquiries. In the automatic email you received upon contacting us via email, we advised customers to call or use the live chat portal for urgent matters, which our Live Chat portal was accessible until 9:00 pm. However I can see you had sent us an email at 10:04 pm which passed our business hours, so anything urgent, as mentioned in the automatic email you received from us, anything urgent, "Updating Your Address If Incorrect, Cancelling Orders Etc. Please contact our team via Live Chat, or give us a call on 1800 577 310. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm AEST." So we had already advised you our phone line hours.

I only became aware of your inquiry when you brought it to my attention on the phone call, as mentioned, we are facing substantial volume of emails in our inbox, which again was advised to you in the automatic email response back to your email. I want to express my understanding of your situation, and I apologise if my sincerity was not apparent. Regarding the $75 AusPost fee, I did not provide that figure; rather, I mentioned a shipping fee. Our standard shipping fee is $10.00, irrespective of weight, while AusPost charges based on weight.

Considering the challenges you face close to Christmas, we are committed to working with you to find a resolution. I previously offered assistance by initiating a recall of your order. However, I understand your concern about potential delays in processing the refund due to the necessary scanning process in the Melbourne depot. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds once an order has left our warehouse.

We are still more than willing to facilitate your refund, whether through the recall process or upon your return of the order upon receipt. Please understand that once an order is in the processing queue within our warehouse team, cancellations become impractical due to our logistics procedures.

It's important to note that your order was fulfilled before our customer service team began their shift at 8:00 am, as our warehouse team starts at 7:00 am. Even if we had come across your email at 8:00 am, your order was already in the midst of processing for dispatch.

Elite Supplements could not deliver

I ordered a number of items online. Elite Supplements could not deliver one of them to the value of over $200 so I asked for a refund as is my right under Australian Consumer Protection law.

They refused my refund request and instead made me an offer to choose something else and issued a "Gift Voucher" valued at slightly over the amount they took from me because they are having fulfilment problems while they move warehouses - as if that's ok. It isn't!

I would recommend consumers take note of how this company operates and what their idea of Customer Service is.
