Elite Sleep Gummies are designed to be taken as a mild sleep support supplement rather than a sedative, and effects can vary quite a bit between individuals depending on factors like body chemistry, stress levels, sleep routine, caffeine intake, and tolerance to active ingredients. For some people the effects are subtle, especially on the first few uses.
We don’t recommend exceeding the suggested dosage on the label (3 gummies before bed), even if you didn’t notice an effect, as taking more won’t necessarily increase effectiveness and may increase the risk of side effects like grogginess.
If you’re finding they aren’t working for you at all, it may simply not be the right product for your body, and we can definitely help you look at a stronger or more suitable alternative depending on what you’re trying to achieve (falling asleep faster, staying asleep, or improving sleep quality overall).

Quality and delivery speed good, prices a bit dear
Delivery times are good, and all the products I’ve ordered have been of good quality and undamaged. Prices are a bit high, especially with the flat delivery cost. My usual go-to site, especially when good deals are on that make it more viable to pick up multiple things and so make the flat delivery fee a bit more palatable.

I really love the idea of "mystery" protein powders. I had a gift card so I thought, why not order three? Yes, they were all chocolate flavoured, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars, because a different flavour or two would've been nice. However, the quality and taste of the powders are great! Such a steal for 20 bucks each, and only one of them is approaching the best before date in August, the other two have ages to go. I also appreciated that I got a normal protein powder, an overnight slow digestion one, and an ultra high protein powder tub. Overall, I'd be quick to buy this again, because you can't beat that price!!!
