Visited Elite Wheels and Tyres today for wheels and tyres for our campervan. Top notch service from Charlie in particular.
Great advice provided, excellent product supplied (MSW wheels and Falken Wildpeak tyres). Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had new wheels and tyres fitted fitted to my Nissan Navara. Brilliant service, very prompt response to my initial email inquiry and all subsequent emails by Charlie. Suitable time for fitting agreed, turned up and wheels/tyres all ready to be fitted to vehicle. Very pleased with the wheel/tyre package and the efficient service, would certainly recommend and use again.

I drove 200 mile round trip on recommendation and was very happy with the service and expertise. A full set of new MSW 40 gloss dark grey wheels and a set of BFG AT KO2 . Top marks to Jamie who pointed me to these msw40s new (colour) that matched my motorhome perfectly. They even took a picture . Will be back for a matching set of wheels for my Tow Car as soon as i convince my other half they are more needed than a new bedroom suite. Arrived with slow leak in spare tyre - just wanted to leave the tyre with them (already off the vehicle) . No one in office. Fitter walked past me three times - no “can I help you?” “Good morning” or “I’ll be with you in a minute”. He happily chatted to another two customers who he appeared to know but totally ignored me. Gave up and took my business to the Auto centre a mile down the road who were more than happy to serve me and very pleasant. Will not use Elite again - another lost local customer.

Had new wheels and tyres put on by elite wheels and tyres. They said they wouldn't rub!! But they are to the extent they are damaging my vehicle. Iv emailed them but they are not answering so I'm going to take court action against the company. Don't be fooled by the nice staff who claims they know what they are doing!!!

It is refreshing to find a business that is polite, proffesional and are willing to go above their duty to assist customers. Before arriving I was dealt with on the phone in a customer driven manner and this continued when I arrived late too! They took my car in without a word of complaint and advised me of the wait.

It's not often we get excellent customer service for our money. But here the service far outweighs the price. I cannot recommend this company enough and I'd like to thank the employees in particular for such a pleasant experience. You are all a credit to your employer.

I brought some wheels and tyre from theses guys off of Ebay however, instead of waiting for delivery I popped down to the shop/garage after a chat with the team on the phone.

I was meet by a Professional and friendly team who could not of done more to help me out. There was no wait time and my van went straight in to the bay.

I was back on the road again within 30 min at most. All the staff that I spoke to were very polite and engaging, due to me coming down and picking up the wheels and tyres the team fitted them as part of the price I paid on line.

100% recommend to use this company (Reading Sight) no issues what so ever and the wheels look amazing.

Been looking for a few weeks for a specific premium all weather tyre for my VW Transporter. Despite it apparently being generally available, my local tyre shops couldn't get them for me, - and the one place (quick fitting?) that could, quoted a crazy high price! Then I saw Elite mentioned on a couple of VW groups on Facebook and when I phoned they quoted me the price I had seen online (and availability was not a problem)! These guys really know their stuff and fitting was highly professional (- and not rushed)! Thanks for sorting me out guys!

I have had a number of problems with Elite. Steming from when I had four tyres Done and the guy fitting it marked up all four alloys whilst fitting. After speaking to them and showing the damage. I just left it as I am unwell and don't need the stress.
So the 10th September pops round to get new tyre due to a puncture. We check the wheel with management. there was a scratch. But I'm unwell with anxiety. I just can't be bothered. The care has gone since the change over the good service has definitely left this company. They are too slow took ages for one tyre. I won't return i cannot keep having to remove scratches because of the lack of care and attention to customers property. I swear it's personal due to previous problems.
It's a shame but that's my experience with elite. Perhaps they read this and make changes. You cannot keep on damaging customer cars. And expect nothing to be said.

I have used Elite over a number years. It is under new management now but I'm glad to say I found the service as good as ever. It was very busy on the day I booked and there was a number of people waiting in the seating area. Some were complaining about the wait they had but I don't think this is an Elite problem; more a customer problem. If you bring your car for a drop-in-fix appointment you have to go with the flow. It's a comfy wait with TVs, well spaced out for COVID-19 and most of all good VFM.

Require puncture repair. Took two hours, charged £20. They also informed me that I needed a new tyre and quoted £90+. 2 weeks ago my car was at the Vauxhall main dealer for service and MOT, passed with no faults. Can a tyre depreciate that much in 2 weeks or were they taking advantage of a pensioner. They apologised for the delay stating they had a lot of work on, should have informed me when I took it in as I would have taken it elsewhere. There were also other people moaning about the wait for their vehicles to be fixed. Sorry but will not be back again.

Ordered a reconditioned wheel, received it within 24 hrs. Wheel looks like new. Great service. Many thanks

Firstly I’d like to point out that this is a review platform for people to share their honest feedback and experiences, if you can not handle negative reviews then you should reconsider whether you want to allow customers to leave feedback.
Initially I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving your call after I had posted my review. I thought that you were calling to try and understand my experience and offer some sort of explanation for the poor customer service, however I was clearly wrong. You called me to vent your frustration at me having the audacity to leave you a negative review. Throughout the call you displayed no understanding or made any attempts to rectify my poor experience, you behaved as someone who had their pride/ego hurt and it felt like the call was for your own personal benefit not mine. I don’t know if this is common practice for you to try and confront customers who leave negative reviews in order to pressurise them to remove their review.
With regards to your comments around people not leaving their cars to the last minute, which by the way was quite insensitive considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic and have been in lockdown for several months not being allowed to go out except for essential work, I was not offended by you as you say ‘trying to have a conversation with your customers’ but don’t you think that when the purpose of that conversation is to try and make your customer feel stupid in order to cover up your own time delay then you are missing the point of customer service entirely. It seems quite convenient that this joke was not made when I came in as a new customer but instead was made when you yourself couldn’t deliver the wheels in the agreed time, hence incurring me additional cost for insurance and extending the car lease.
Despite the way you have handled the situation I take biggest offence to how you have manipulated the narrative and created a new one to undermine the customer and make yourselves look superior. So therefore I’d like to clarify a few things,
Firstly when my father initially came to you he was quoted £90 for 3 tyres, he immediately called me and relayed this information asking if I wanted to proceed with the work. So I have absolutely no idea where this quote of £100 has magically appeared from.
Secondly when I arrived at the garage myself, we agreed that we would get all 4 alloys done as you explained to me that sometimes lease car companies charge a hefty amount even for minor scratches. I took your advice and agreed to have all 4 tyres done for £90 each. At this point I made it very clear to you that the car lease was due to end on Friday and you assured me that it would be fine and I could pick the car up at 10am that day. At no point did you advise us that there could be a delay. It seems you were so eager to make a sale that you had were happy to make a false promise, which conveniently the very next day after dropping the car off you went back on.
Thirdly, it was only when I expressed my disappointment at the delay when picking the car up that you made some sort of attempt at customer service and offered to knock of an additional £5 per tyre but this was short lived as you still charged me the original £90 quoted and when I questioned it you once again tried to push a false narrative and claimed the original quote had been £95 and hence you’d already applied the discount.
Finally you questioned why I left 2 stars and not 1, I did this purely because your other colleague actually displayed some decency and attempted to offer understanding/apologies but after the way you have handled the situation it is clear that you deliver 1 star customer service.
