Fraudelent company agent dr. Tibor Bokodi ELIT GROUP East & West Management GmbH RBW Rechnungswegen Beratung und Outsourcing Gmbh
The owner and manager (and probably the only employee besides his assistant) of this company registration agency is Tibor Bokodi. Dr. Tibor Bokodi reportedly has been doing this business for 15 years, but you cannot find any reputable reference about them, just an old webpage and a Linkedin profile. They have 2 sister companies that are doing tax advisory and accounting in Germany, Munich (East & West Management GmbH, and RBW Rechnungswegen Beratung und Outsourcing GmbhRBW Rechnungswegen Beratung und Outsourcing GmbH). Mr. Bokodi helped me to establish a German Gmbh, which is one of his services. In the beginning, I've noticed a few suspicious incidents about Mr. Bokodi's trustworthiness because he was pretty inaccurate and superficial when charging his fees. My suspicion became a fact when I realized that he ripped me off with more than EUR 10.000. When I asked him to return the amount, which he defrauded, first, he didn't answer my phone calls or texts. Later he told me, that this is his consultation fee (even if we documented in emails, that the real reason I transferred this amount was to forward it to the german law office, which he didn't do). We suspect that he defrauded the amount. He refused to meet me in person and discuss the financials. He didn't give me an invoice for his services. We agreed that he does the bookkeeping of my new company, but after he has stolen more than EUR 10.000, he claimed that we didn't have any agreement on that. He even refused to give us back the forming documents of our company, which I gave to him as you usually give it to your bookkeeper. We had to report the crime, which is under investigation. I have all the documents, which are proof of what happened. They can be found on different names.
