Can not visit due to Police Thuggery

I will no longer be visiting Elizabeth City Center due to Malinauskas illegal, unconstitutional, unethical abusive powers given freely to the Police. As a past victim of Police abuse and thuggery due to being mentally ill, I feel scared and very insecure to now enter here. I am unable to take medications due to serious side effects. I am aware that I can legally turn around and exit the mall quickly for my own safety if I see them heading for me to conduct an intrusive and unlawful search, but this will most likely end in an serious assault upon me and arrest. Hope the next state election sees Malinauskas removed as well as his shocking abusive acts so I and others can once again freely shop in this wonderful mall in peace without fear of being profiled as a threat by those who threaten so many like my self.

Ok so I've visited many shopping…

Ok so I've visited many shopping complex's in my shopping years and I'd have to say I had one of the worst experiences at the Elizabeth City shopping centre by far. The security guards that work their have to be some of the rudest arrogant security staff that I've ever come across in my entire shopping lifetime. I visited the centre once previously and to my detriment was shopping with someone who decided to shoplift from Michael hill Jewlery store, well on that occasion I was unaware of such a thing happening and continued to shop with this person and then left with them in a taxi home. Well the police were called and that person was later charged with shoplifting from Michael hill Jewlery store and was banned from retuning to Elizabeth shopping centre. Well fast track to 9 months later and I am about to leave rebel sport and to my embarrassment and surprise the alarm went off. So the manager of the store came over to me and then asked me if I had anything that belonged to the store in my possession and to that I replied "no I don't think that I do, but you are more than welcome to check if you like" to which the store worker said ok. During this time two security guards walked over to us and asked the store worker if he had any problems and he said no, I'm just checking this Ladies bags and stroller as the security alarm went off" and it was at that exact moment I noticed that a jacket that I had tried on was still swung over the back of my daughter's stroller Wich I immediately brought to the staff members attention and said to him that I must of left it their by mistake and would be happy to pay for it to which he was seemingly ok with until the security guard started to speak. He said " um your banned from here anyway" to which I replied"no I am not, what for?" . He then stated that " you were here with your bloody boyfriend about 6 months ago and you both stole Jewlery from Michael hill" he then asked me " are you still with him, his this his bloody kid". To which I replied to him that "I had nothing to do with that incident nor was I aware of it even happening until the police spoke to me about it and I wasn't charged with anything. He then said to me " well that's funny as you jumped in the cab with the guy after he did it so you did know what was going on and you had something to do with it and we banned you from the centre for it too" ..."so are you still with him and is this his bloody kid?" I couldn't believe this guy. I just looked at the store worker and said look I'm so sorry I didn't mean to walk out of the store with this jacket it's just that my baby started to cry in the change room so I quickly got out of there and I accidentally left it hanging over my pram and it got bundled up in the hood of my pram, I'd be happy to pay for it! Then he looked at me and said " ok do you have any other items that don't belong to you in your possession" I said no I'll open up every bag if you like! Then the bloody security guard there started carrying on to the store worker saying that he shouldn't believe me and that they should just call the coppers because I have a history of theiving from the centre and I was already banned once before. He just kept saying that I was I known theif and that he shouldn't just believe what I was telling him and to just go ahead and call the coppers and have her bloody charged. So I began to get quite angry with what this security guard was saying about me and said. Firstly I never stole anything from Michael hill not was I ever banned from this shopping centre and secondly it's non of your business who's child this is! Anyway lo g story short the store worker ended up calling the police and they charged me with shoplifting and was officially banned from the shopping center "this time" which I will later fight them about in Court. So my experience at Elizabeth City shopping centre was not great or enjoyable that's for certain! And the security staff there are extremely rude, judgmental and outright arrogant!
