I completely understood the wait times were perhaps a little longer because of Christmas and the pandemic and for me the quantity of my order outweighed this. I ordered from EllaSiena after Mrs Hinch recommended it. I must say, I could not be more happy with the service and quality of the clothes. The packaging was amazing.. she even gave us a candy cane 😂 which my little one loved.
I spent £28 on a oversized tracksuit which in my opinion is much better quality than River Island where I normally buy tracksuits from. I loved the personalisation and I will definitely be buying again. Would 100% recommend

I ordered a personalised tracksuit on 10th Nov and the item was complete yesterday and arrived today - would like to say thanks so much the tracksuit is absolutely gorgeous my little nephew is going to be made up for Christmas! I know how busy you must be with so many orders at Christmas but just wanted to say thank you for getting it sorted and delivered on time just before Christmas too. Will deffo order things from you again!

Hinch unisex ribbed short set is so cute! Especially with the personalised initial on it. Bought for family for Christmas and just know he’ll look so cute in it.
Ordered burgundy with white lettering and it goes very well together and can clearly see it’s very well made.

Beautiful children's clothing that make the perfect gifts! I brought some gorgeous bits for my nephew that look adorable! And to add, absolutely excellent customer service especially considering it is a small business run by a busy mum! I would highly recommend!

Amazing service from start to finish. Packaged beautifully and couldn’t be happier with my personalised order.

I placed an order for an item that does not require personalisation on the 2nd November 2020. It stated at the time, that normal items usually arrive within 2-4 working days once they have been dispatched. I have ordered from Ella Siena before and the clothes were beautiful. The reason i have given three starts this time around is because there has been no communication since the 2nd November, even after i have sent an e-mail on 16.11.2020 asking for an ETA and yet i am sent two reminder e-mails to rate my product that i haven't received yet. I appreciate this is a difficult time for all small businesses and everyone has an awful lot going on, but the lack of communication is sometimes discouraging for customers. This is by no means a reflection of the quality of the clothing Ella Siena supplies. Thanks x

My hat arrived really quickly the quality is amazing and very soft. The package had a lovely floral smell to it with a little thank u card and small chocolate! The hat is just perfect
