Refuses refunds on clothes that haven’t been worn
I’d be wary buying from this company, ordered from here couldn’t then go away due to illness therefore returned my order, now saying they will not refund as there is a rip in the order which hasn’t even been worn used or tried on, they’ve offered to return the outfit to me if I pay again for the 3rd time for postage. Awful customer service

Great Boutique
Have recently started ordered from this boutique. I have emailed many times with various questions & have always had a fast response. Very helpful and friendly. Clothes looked as expected. Would recommend 🙂

Faulty item order number #31903
I ordered a maxi dress which I was initially happy wiry but I worn 4 times but the stitching is coming away and the button holes seem to be getting loose i emailed customer service has no response and sent message via Instagram had no response , very disappointed that no one has bothered to investigate this further will not be ordering again as seems once this company have your money they are not interested in any issuers regarding there products ***AVOID***
