Need to learn about Customer Service

Elliegray.com have a very good easy to use website and good quality clothes, unfortunately they need to improve their order managment. Their customer services people try to be helpful advising you you order has been shipped, when it has not, repeatedly. Their order management information is not maintained. They tell you it's shipped even thought it is still showing as 'awaiting dispatch'. Suggest they add extra staff to be able to cope with a volume of orders that currently they are incapable of managing.

Just bought the EllieGray Velour Tracksuit

I love the EllieGray Velour Tracksuit I bought the top and Long tracksuit bottoms. Its my new flying outfit as im off on Holiday soon and bought it special. Its so comfy and looks casual but smart casual, not scruffy casual. There delivery is also very fast, arrived a day earlier than expected.
