We were told the van had been serviced yesterday. On the M6 the brakes failed. We’ve been stuck at the service station for 4 hours; they won’t agree for the recovery vehicle to take us to our destination. They have sent us a van half the size; which won’t fit our things, and have told us to do multiple runs. We’re still an hour away from our destination. Absolutely awful service.
Rented a van for moving. Straight forward booking process and quick delivery of the van on the day. I accidently damaged the bumper, and they were so nice about the situation and transparent on the process of getting it fixed. Really recommended.

Hired a van to take fridge to the tip. We were refused entry to the tip as we hadn't applied for a permit. Elliots could have mentioned that if we are goin to the tip we would need a permit. I filled up with fuel at the garage next door until the pump clicked off but was told at Elliots it wasn't full. So went back and managed to squeeze £4 more fuel in. I was still told it wasn't full even though I said it clicked off several times. He stoid over me for some time calling me a liar demanding to see a fuel receipt. Humiliating and apalling.
Needed a 4x4 pickup truck for work. Staff were very helpful over the phone and through emails. Double checked the insurance was valid for off road and remote driving.
Was given a brand new ford ranger which was fantastic to drive and handled my basic off-road needs with ease.
