Very prompt service. Had a grinding noise on brakes within a short time the ellon car clinic had identified the problem and solved noise and we could go on our planned trip. Very good staff and will use them again.

Took my car here for a service in October and was given a quote for pads and discs that seemed overpriced. I decided not to go ahead with the work which was fine but still seemed dishonest.

Last week I returned for another service, and when I got my car back I noticed damage to the interior before leaving the carpark. There was a fresh tear in the leather. I took photos and videos straight away.

I went back inside immediately and was told I’d need to speak to the owner. I called the next day and was told to come in on Sunday. I arrived Sunday and the owner wasn’t there, so I was told to come back Wednesday. When I finally spoke to the owner, he barely looked at the damage and dismissed responsibility because he “couldn’t say how it happened.”

Very disappointing experience, especially with how the situation was handled. Looking through other reviews afterwards, I noticed other customers also reported damage to their vehicles with no accountability taken. I would avoid at all costs.

First impressions were good when I first took the car in to get the rear brakes replaced. They seemed helpful. After the replacement there was something not quite right so I took the car back and the Mechanic agreed and said they would replace them under warranty. That’s when the problems started. The owner kept telling me they couldn’t get the parts anymore but promising they would keep trying. Never did get them replaced. Cost me £300 and the car came out worse than when it went in! Avoid this place!

Bought tyres online but the Garage (Ellon Car Clinic) was not a great experience. The fitter made some comments about it being a Tesla and how he had nothing but problems with the last one he did. I left the keycard with him and there was a lot of swearing involved as he tried to get the car to start. I asked a couple of times to help him as all he needed to do was place the card on the centre console but got nothing but swearing about the crap car. Lastly when the car was done the wheels and tyres were covered in white glue which took me over an hour to clean when i got home.

Abysmal Service... Car went in for cylinder head repair, came out with an oil leak which another garage has confirmed is as a result of the repair. Length of time taken to repair was ridiculous. Customer service shocking, no communication regarding progression of repair and no response or acknowledgement of my complaint!
