my account got banned/suspended
February 26 2026 my account got banned because Riot Games detected that im a using Eloboost24 website and they suspended my account, got restricstions, and my rewards, such as Honor level and my rank got reverted by Riot. So I messaged EB24 about the issue and they said they will get back to me soon as they find a solution. After waiting more than a week for solution they got an offer for me to use their website again lol. Which I told them that is not going to work. When I said to no their offer they couldn't make any better solution. And what it looks like for me is they want me to use their service again just so they don't lose any (win/win situation kinda thing).
So yes if i were you think twice. I wouldn't recommend them.

NEW UPDATE:) After i prove that they lied to me in thier email about the dates and my payback should been 90% and NOT 30%. Dates dont lie, simple as that. I got no more respons or answers. So to all elo24customers, if u get banned for getting boosted by elo24 service. Dont expect elo24 to care about your account or your money.

Atleast now everybody knows what happens if you get banned for using elo24. They keep your money even if u did nothing wrong.
I will update this on every page i can from now on. Is this is how they treat thier customer who been with them for years? Take 220 euro from me while not doing anything wrong ?'

my Account banned for Duo Boosting !???
Me and my booster had good winrate in duo boost Diamond 4 - to master.
But I didnt think it was possible to get banned for boosting at elo24 so this is pretty scary.
And i have contacted elo24 support like 5 times in 2 weeks. They just telling me to wait.
It seems like they don't take this very serious.
I paid alot of money for this order, and getting ignored for 2 weeks now its not very nice.
And this report should be a clear case. Not take 2-3 weeks to handle ? I got banned using elo24 service.
I think this is the worst thing that can happend an eloboost company. That thier customers gets banned for using thier service.
That's why i would like to see that they look at this report much fast than 2-3 weeks.
Now riot flagged my account for boosting. And i lost LP from Diamond 1 - 75 LP back to Diamond 4 - 0 LP. And i reported this to elo24 customservice just like they told me.
I always been happy with eb24 before this, but how they handle this report is really disappointing to me.
I thought using eb24 page was safe from getting banned, Specially while using the Duo service and i play on my own account..
If i can get banned for using the duo service (playing on my own account) that means that any customer can get banned for solo or duo orders. Wich is a very serious problem for an eloboost company/page.
