Bad customer service at a high price

They do not allow you to cancel your order, not even if it was made 5 minutes earlier.
In their website is written you can return the product by using either the return label inside the package or by downloading it from the confirmation email. I had none.. and it was basically impossible to contact their customer care. They simply ignore emails and at this point i am not even sure 30 days are enough to return the package, since there is no way to have the return label.
Very poor service, definitely not worth the high price of their products

They call it “Swedish design,” but honestly, that’s laughable.

Terrible experience — avoid this company!
I had an awful experience with this company. Their customer service is practically nonexistent — they ignore you completely.

I ordered a footmuff and a baby summer hat, and the quality was shockingly bad. The footmuff was missing inner materials, extremely thin, uneven, and looked like very cheap, mass-produced factory stock made in China. The baby hat was so stiff it couldn’t even fit on a baby’s head. They claim it’s made from organic cotton, but it certainly doesn’t feel like cotton at all.

Nothing I received looked like the photos on their website. When I tried to return the items, I was told I had to pay both postage and duty charges. When I asked for a prepaid return label due to the poor quality of the products, they simply ignored every message. No response whatsoever.

They call it “Swedish design,” but honestly, that’s laughable.
Cheap items, poor quality, and zero customer care. Please avoid buying from them!

Items never received

Items never received, hopefully I ordered through an other website which refund my money but disappointed as well. I don’t recommend.

Terrible experience so far

I haven’t heard back from customer service despite two forms sent via their website (which is crazy that is the only way to contact them) and I have no idea where my order is. Money has been taken but no confirmation email or anything. I’m so worried I’ve been scammed and they just aren’t responding!! I wish they would just come back to me and inform me on if my order has been placed and on its way.

This is China

This is China. I even researched and fheee was a picture of a cute boutique. Total garbage and I ordered $140 no retuens told we to keep and they would credit 20

Items are not the quality depicted in…

Items are not the quality depicted in the pictures. Cheap knock-offs at not cheap prices. At least show the item you’re selling in the condition you’re delivering them and let the people decide if they want cheap stuff. Be honest.

Don’t order online

I loved Elodie Details so much… As already mentioned in another reviews just don’t use their online store.
I purchased two kids beanies, kids backpack and mums bag. My mums bag have never arrived and I was never notified by company. I described the issue to customer service, their reply was formal. They said that they have adjusted the amount on my order but in 5 weeks I didn’t get money back.
Also kid’s backpack came with wrongly oriented logo, one of beanies has scratches on strip band.
I have a feeling that a dishonesty have happened. I will avoid buying anything again. Despite I deeply loved brand…
I was surprised with attitude towards customers. Only 1 letter in advance would change the game

Delivery in Switzerland-> no way!!!

Hello all, I have personally came with a very bad customer experience while ordering products from their website.
After the delivery at my home place (Switzerland), I have received an additional charge (50%!!!) raised by FedEx related to customs charges.
I demonstrated to their Customer service (Elodie Details) that my order receipt was mentioning it was ALL taxes included. They refused to admit that fact.

To any Swiss potential clients -> please avoid ordering on their website.

Do not order from website

I love Elodie Details as a brand but only if you buy in stores. Their online webshop is a JOKE and their customer service is so awful and slow. Waiting 3 weeks for my baby shower gift to be sent to my friend - she has now already had the baby at this point 🙄 Do NOT order from their website.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Don't order from from them cause they are a fraud. Your items will never arrive. And if you ask for a refund no one is going to answer. I ordered at the beginning of January and they should have arrived on the 13th and it's nearly mid February and my items are not here. Apparently its ups is fault. I asked for a refund because by the time they arrive they will be too small and no answer

Beautiful products, some issues but good service

Beautiful products, great customer service but wasn’t happy with the robustness of the product. I ordered a Buggy parasol and one of the parts broke straight away. Elodie details customer service were really good and responded straight away (sorry that I didn’t originally spot the reply in my junk mail) . They promised to send a replacement product as they couldn’t send just the part. My first outing with the new parasol and one of the spokes broke , luckily as the company had sent the whole product and not just a part I was able to mix and match with my original purchase and have a working parasol. I’ve been out several times and the parasol has remained intact and j in have had several compliments from passers by in my buggy brolly.
