I am very pleased with my bag and purse. They look lovely!

They seem to be of very good quality and I really like the idea behind the business.

Yes there is a smell to the items but I expected this and hopefully it will disappear over time.

Following my review from September 2021, I finally bought the red bag! I absolutely love it!! It looks great and I am delighted with my purchase. It will obviously last for years and years as it's so well made. I honestly can't recommend these bags enough. Many thanks!

I bought the travel bag in November and it has turned into my go to for trips. It is such a well made bag, so compact and works as a great makeshift seat while waiting for delayed trains. They were so accommodating in engraving the strap with my surname free of charge and I had such a great experience shopping.
When my bag strap broke last month. Ashleigh from their support team was super helpful in processing the repair which was free of charge! Would 100% recommend this company to others for the superior craftsmanship and exemplary customer service

I received a mens wallet for Christmas which I was over the moon with even more once I learnt the history of the company . My eldest son is a Fire Fighter with Essex Fire and Rescue so its close to home with what you do . My 25th wedding Anniversary is this month and it seemed a great option to buy my wife one of your fantastic bags which I have just ordered now as a great gift and being able to support a super company . I would like to review the Workshop day myself and 4 friends attended yesterday. Not knowing what really to expect we were very excited about the whole idea of designing and part-making our own bags. We all chose different ones and E & K were very flexible with our choices, and were happy to veer from the “standard” choices on the website.

The location is currently in their farmhouse in a lovely and quiet tiny village near Faversham, Kent. The newer facilities are still a work in progress, which I look forward to seeing and visiting later this year. In spite of this. Every effort was made to give us unrivalled access to their products, and fabulous team!
We chose our leathers and trims played around with the massive selection of colours and the E & K team expertly guided us through the process of making the unique panels that would subsequently be made into our bespoke bags!! Weaving the leather pieces ourselves and working out the placement was so much fun and watching the fascinating processes involved in making the fabulous bags!

The whole team were friendly, helpful and happily answered our hundreds of questions!

We all can’t wait to see the finished products in a few weeks time! :-)

Love everything about this company. The ethos, products and customer service. I have purchased some items over the last 2 years and was lucky enough recently to receive one of their handbags as a gift. The fact they are recycling, donating to charity and helping others is fab.

Absolutely love the concept behind this company, the products they offer are unique and tell a story, whilst half of the profits help the great cause. And the service is superior as well, I ordered my items on Friday at 3pm, they were dispatched half an hour later and I got them on Saturday morning. Thank you very much Elvis & Kresse, I think I will come back for more :)

Couldn't be happier with this company. Their products are excellent quality and the customer service I received from Fin was first class. Great to find a luxury, sustainable vegan brand. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
