frauds
First, they said I could recover my email through a token, but then they claimed I needed to buy the premium version. They are frauds. I tried to reach them through mail but they didn't replied/helped.

We offer an email token recovery method that may work, and never guarantee that it will. If it's been too long since you've created an email address we will need to manually recover it, and there is a cost to us which we pass along to the user. The idea of email recovery is a bonus option we provide to help people, not a service or guarantee.
I'm confused about how you say we said one thing and then another, but when you tried to reach us we didn't reply... wouldn't we have had to communicate for us to have said one thing and then another?
