Delayed Withdrawals
I have been a consistent user of Emar Markets for two years, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I initiated a withdrawal (Transaction ID: 1309879) and have been left waiting with no funds hitting my bank account and zero communication.
When a broker starts delaying withdrawals for long-term clients, it raises serious red flags about their reliability and liquidity. I expected better treatment after two years of trading. I will update this review if and when my funds are actually released, but until then, I advise other traders to be extremely cautious.

Made a deposit on 8th FEBRUARY 2026, deposit not showing on my dashboard, I opened a ticket, provided transaction receipt, went to my bank and was given session ID as a prove of successful transaction, still no response and today is 24th FEBRUARY 2026

After a full review of the ticket history, it is clear that the issue did not arise from system failure, misinformation, or irregular platform behavior.
The Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions clearly specify that eligibility applies only to the Welcome Bonus (cTrader) account. Despite multiple explanations provided in writing, the client repeatedly deposited funds into Standard MT5 and Standard cTrader accounts, which are not eligible for the promotion.
The support team:
- "Explained eligibility requirements multiple times."
- "Advised withdrawal and re-deposit into the correct account."
- "Clarified that EMAR Markets cannot redirect deposits or override account selections made by the client."
The client nevertheless continued trading on non-eligible accounts, resulting in account balance depletion. At no point was the client instructed to continue trading.
The failure to receive the bonus was therefore solely due to repeated incorrect account selection by the client, not platform error, misrepresentation, or support negligence.
This case reflects refusal to follow provided instructions rather than any breach of terms by EMAR Markets.
