This is a truly excellent company whose customer satisfaction is second to none. I had placed an order and the sizes of my shirts received were slightly larger than shown on the size chart. Hannah Hathaway of Embroided Printed Clothing took my concerns on and ensured this matter was dealt with in an extremely professional and dedicated fashion. She ensured that I received smaller shirts with no extra cost to me. She is really an asset to this company and the reason I will go through them again when I make further orders. As for the quality of the shirts received, they are top rate and much loved by my club members. Thank you Hannah.

This company has been great to order our branded clothes from. We have a small company with 12 people, and we needed a number of different styles for each person. They are great with communication and send you clear quotes of your requested items. There is a massive range of clothing, but being able to order free samples makes choosing items a lot easier. The quality of their embroidery is great and looks very professional. We will continue to order from this company in the future.

an excellent service producing a quality item

Before ordering larger quantity of dye sublimation t-shirts we ordered one as a sample. The sample was ok but when it came to ordering the rest of our t-shirt for some reason EPCC decided that it would be ok to send significantly lower quality prints. Unlike the sample remaining t-shirts looked washed out, print looked lower quality and white creases were in more places than needed. The reason for a bad review is because we contacted EPCC asking for their help to resolve this problem and their strategy was to simply ignore the emails. Is this their standard practice if somebody else would have an issue with their order?

Once we had the design accepted and ready to go, the t shirts were printed very quickly and sent within the week! They came out very well and we are very pleased with them. Our only reservation was the material which is 100% polyester where I am used to cotton. However and explanation was given for this and I am happy to order more as the response to the tshirts have been positive. So will be happy to order more.
