Payment, fines, and no service.
I asked them to install a wifi component onto my water heater, so it can be turned on/off without me being there. They plugged something into the water heater, without even asking for the wifi code. Then sent the bill. While I waited for them to complete the installation and verify it worked (they tried twice by the way and failed), they sent me the bill, together with two fines for not paying.
Here's what they told me about this: "Du skal betale begge faktura, da selve montering af wifi modul ikke ændre ved faktureringen."
Here was what I asked them to do: "Jeg vil gerne få et tilbud på installering af et LG wifi modul til at kontrollere termostaten via en app. Kunne du lave den til mig? Og hvornår vil du have tid til at installere det?"
They also told me it was due to my wifi not reaching the heater. I asked them to show me. We went with my phone and all observed wifi reaching the heater... almost 4 months later, bill paid with fines, still no properly installed wifi control on my heating.
