Excellent

Pricey, but you pay for what you get: outstanding quality ceramic goods. Very sturdy packaging and speedy dispatch. I've bought a few pieces and they've never been damaged in transit. The website is a bit confusing about the purchase amount for qualifying for free delivery. But all told, a very good company.

Poor quality and poorer service

I bought an artisan loaf baker from their Amazon store, specifically because it said it was their store and delivery was much quicker than ordering from their website.

It’s only ever been used to bake sourdough, and has always been hand washed, but, the entire thing has cracked right through after 4 months of use. It’s been in the oven at a maximum of 450°F 13 times and it’s ruined.

After being ignored by their warranty team on several occasions, and arguing with them over purchasing it from a third party on Amazon (them!) they told me my their warranty policy isn’t valid.

They don’t care that it’s their product that’s faulty after 13 uses. Absolutely appalling for an item that’s a good $200. $15.38 per use is terrible value for money.

The quality of their customer care is on par with the quality of their products. Poor at best.

Wouldnt waste your money. Highly don’t recommend.

You can buy much better quality products from Le Creuset and their customer service is second to none.

I bought a tarjine

I bought a tarjine and I followed the instructions which ruined the tarjine, I then contacted them. I sent photos etc. After taking a long time they reluctantly said they would replace. But sent me a pizza stone base instead.
On top of that, they promise a very simple online guarantee. Which is impossible and I couldn’t do it.
Very unreliable, poor quality product and extremely poor customer service.

Great quality items for cooking and…

Great quality items for cooking and baking. Sturdy and in a lovely colour range which suits both modern and traditional kitchens. Well packaged and speedy shipment. I look forward to cooking with these items for many years to come

Post purchase service dreadful

Bought a lovely pizza stone. Aesthetically looks good. Unfortunantly the post sale customer service from the brand was dreadful. Makes a song and dance about having a great warranty so go online and provide infomration to register it. It asked for a product number that is apparently on the back. There are a few numbers on the back and each tim I tried one got a message saying couldn't match to a product. Used the Emile Henry online contact form for what I thought would be a simple question and didn't hear back. Tried other channels only to be told to email the address I already had - no help and very underwhelming. Eventually a few weeks later got a response, by which time it was too late - we returned the item and bought anoth, maybe less pretty but very functional and 1/4 of the price!
