My package arrived , there was no ice pack, the cheeses were hot, soft and my family is afraid to eat it. I have the cheeses in my refrigerator and I have not opened them yet,

Ordered the Parmigiano Reggiano 6 year aged slice, process was easy and arrived fairly quickly, but the cheese arrived hot and since it arrived hot, the oil in the cheese leaked out causing the texture to change.
