Again,Emirates didn't let us down.
We booked holiday package with Emirates, we had premium economy seats which they are spacious, comfortable. Food could be little bit better choice but we wasn't hungry. Crew was very polite and attentive.
Hotel we stayed was new,modern, very clean and in great location.
We had fantastic holiday in Dubai.

When all the other airlines left customers stranded in UAE this airline did not. I would not hesitate to use again & would have to think twice to use BA or Virgin now. Fabulous, professional & empathic staff. Thank you Emirates 🙌

I have used Emirates holidays on at least 4 occasions previously and always been happy with the service. However, on my last holiday I could not believe what little use they were when things did not go smoothly. Our flights were disrupted due to the issues in Iran and I totally understand that it was a very busy time for all companies trying to deal with it. However, I messaged Em Hols on the WhatsApp numbers on numerous occasions and never had a reply. I emailed the CS and Emirates holidays UK numerous times and the only response I had was that all was good for our scheduled flight and they would advise if anything changed. Information I had from the airline was that things had changed so I continued emailing Em Hols with no response. I was advised by the Rep in the resort (Destination Asia) to go to airport as normal as they had received no comms from Em Hols that the transfer should be changed. When we got to the airport we were told that our flight had been put back by 3 days. Em Hols had not informed us, not booked any accommodation and we were on our own. As I say, the situation was exceptional, but companies like TUI, Destination 2 and other independents were sourcing accommodation for their customers and providing information. I got nothing from Em Hols at all. To be fair, Emirates airlines were really good with us at the airport and we were flexible with our options to fly into different airports etc and they were able to sort us on to flights that meant only a 17hr delay. This package holiday was supposed to be covered by ABTA/ATOL and Em Hols are not the cheapest option, but I may as well have booked with some cheap and cheerful company as I would have received the same level of help. I just goes to show how much some of these companies think of their customers once they have got their money. It is unlikely, they will receive any more from me!

I had my holiday booked but I have had to cancel due to the conflict. I contacted the airline on two occasions and they dealt with me very well. I requested my refund and my flights have been refunded no questions asked.

The only gripe I have was I was on hold over 50mins but this is understandable so I can’t say a great deal about this once I got to speak to someone my experience was very positive. This airline is my favourite as the customer service is outstanding and the care I have received is something commendable

As soon as this situation comes s over I will be rebooking with Emirates for that piece of mind knowing they will look after me

I want to thank Emirates Airlines for getting my wife and daughter back from Dubai safely. They were very helpful when we called them from the UK when flights were operational.
My daughter and wife flew with another airline (sorry) but we are all now Emirates only family where ever possible.

Awefull service and not available in the current situation. Because of the war in Iran we are stuck in Singapore. Emirates canceled the flight and wrote please contact us for rebooking.
BUT THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE, even not in GERMANY, NOT in SINGARPORE, how should we rebook our flight?

The processes of Emirate are bullshit, why they are not making any rebooking with their customer? There is not process behind the current situation.

NEVER EVER EMIRATES again !!!
We booked a new flight by paying it extra, cost a lot more. Now EMIRATES is making now much profit out of this situation.

We are in Dubai right now and our flight back home is tomorrow and Emirate didn’t inform us about our flight yet and also we know because of Iran’s attack they didn’t contact us to say what we have to do and we tried to deal with the hotel directly, im out of budget for my fare and they left us alone in a country without any support from them or from Emirates government
They should give us the peace of mind in our holiday
I will never ever flight again with them

Dreadful service, none of their customer service features work and I am absolutely stranded, I will be homeless if no one contacts me.

We went to New Zealand for Christmas 3 people to visit my wife’s mother, she fell sick 2 days before we were due to fly home. Informed Emirates that my wife had to stay, her mum was in a coma. I flew home with my step daughter and had a few things to sort in the uk then booked flights to go back to NZ a few days later. Stayed there for about 6 weeks and then came home, my wife followed on 2 weeks after me. Emirates only gave a refund of 250 Dollars!? For her return flight this didn’t even cover the extra legroom upgrade. Emirates, we couldn’t find a return flight to the UK for $250? How can you say this is a refund for a return flight yet you’re charging about £2K for economy! Shame on you guys, shame on you. We’ve spent around 14k with your company on flights in a month yet you wouldn’t honour the return ticket for my wife despite all proof of what life changing events and notice given to you on what happened. Heartless and robbing company.

Used Emirates for a holiday to Thailand, easy to book, gave us all the information we needed, had no issues, planes clean, actually seems they cleaned the seat pockets!! Staff friendly and helpful all round good experience.

The flights on board food and transfers were all excellent and ran like clockwork the hotel raffles always exceeds expectations and would recommend . The food and the rooms were only matched by the helpful and friendly staff

Returned from a wonderful trip to Dubai booked with Emirates. We were fortunate enough to fly business class on the A380 on the outward journey and what an experience that was! We were made to feel very welcome and it was an experience we shall never forget. The staff were excellent, especially Faye who made a great espresso martini! Flying back economy on the return we also received excellent service on what was a fully booked flight, the cabin crew were excellent even though very busy! Communication from Emirates was excellent, from a txt message to inform our bags were loaded onto the flight to transfer information, everything was made easy so our holiday was enjoyed to the fullest. Thanks Emirates for a great experience, looking forward to our next holiday with you.

We have just returned from celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary in Dubai. I would like to thank Emirates Holidays for all their help and assistance before during and after our holiday. The service we received was excellent. Every query was sorted and even rearranged our transfer so my wife could have more time to cope at the airport as a very anxious flyer. The crew on board was great helping my wife feel more relaxed.

I have used Emirates Holidays many times over the last few years. I’ve always found them to be consistently good value, easy to deal with and helpful

Efficient at taking money.
Booked a holiday - had an issue pre travel then told each issue dealt with by separate arms of the company - rather than treating it as a package holiday. Not helpful.
Staff like robots and too scripted - phone staff are available relatively easily as are online chat however email is pointless do not expect a reply.
Unfortunately I will never book or fly Emirates again - terrible

Best way to travel is with emirates
I used to travel with other airlines but once i have tried emirates, i am never using any other airline emirates really is the best

Just returned from another Emirates holiday and the service from start to finish is just top class. Excellent comms throughout, ease of booking and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

We have flown with Emirates plenty of times now from Manchester to Dubai and each time it has been top class! For me personally the flight is as much a part of the holiday as the hotel and the destination and this is even more so with Emirates and we look forward to the flight immensely, look at the in-flight menu weeks ahead of time and we are never disappointed with the attentive service (especially with kids) and the overall product we receive from Emirates. We don’t just use Emirates for flights we actually use Emirates holidays for the whole package and have done this numerous times now and it always adds a little magic that we don’t get with other tour operators in the UK. Our latest holiday to Dubai we actually had to change as well ahead of travelling as we had a change to plans and we dealt with Emirates holidays in making the changes and this was simple, relaxed, and expertly handled so I can assure anybody the service you receive is not just contained to inside Terminal 3 at DXB or on the flight itself, but the whole package is absolutely brilliant and I will be looking to continue to use Emirates wherever possible for many years to come for our family holidays!

Felt very glamorous walking up the stairs to the top deck … even though we were economy!

Transfers were easy and the hotel was in a great location in the marina and on the beach

All the staff we came into contact with contact with throughout our holiday went out of their way to make it special
