Booked transfer Oct 27 1:30 PM never showed no sign not possible to find at meet and great, emirates or sixt desk , tried to call for assistance it was automated and impossible to talk to anyone then I have taken uber taxi , asked for a refund it was refused so I suggest not to work with them
On arrival: we had to wait for an hour for our car to arrive. And when it finally arrived it was a piece of junk. Stained carpets and missing handles inside, sun faded paint on the outside.
On deprature: I changed the departure time with 30 minutes 2 days before the trip, but still the driver was told to come to the original time. I even sent the driver multiple messages with the new time he still insisted he had no knowledge
You are much better off ordering an uber when you need it. It will be faster and much better service
Arrived at Dubai airport at 1.30am with a 7 year old and NO TRANSFER was there, Phoned given number and was told he had waited 1 hour after our landing and left, which is totally untrue I was on phone to them 50 mins after landing and had spent 10 mins looking for our transfer, the guy on phone said complain through email. It appears Emirates are robbing people by booking transfers and just not turning up.
On reflection I should have looked on here first, but you just trust a company like Emirates to deliver but I wont use them again for flights or transfers
Ride never showed up in Dubai airport and nobody answered at support. Cancelled the ride back to the airport, but never got any refund, although this was stated in the terms.
Emirates wouldn't take any responsibility, although this 3rd party service is provided on their website.
Booked a transfer from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on 3rd Dec from Dubai cruise terminal to Abu Dhabi airport
Realised that we had to exit the cruise at 9am and couldn't check in our luggage to 7pm so Emirates Transfers suggests we take the car and driver for 10 hours and he would take us sight seeing (at an addition cost)
