Product good but delivery could have been better
I like the mattresses and pillows, but recently, I ordered 2 pillows from the website and accidentally sent them to the old address because the website remembered this from before. I immediately realised this and there was no way to cancel. I contacted someone through the chat and they told me it was too late to change the address and that the driver would contact me. I even questioned why the driver would contact me as this would not be the norm but he confirmed that the driver would. He never did and I had to organise to collect the pillows in the old house.
It was unnecessary and there should have been an option to simply update the address or cancel the item.

I was not delivered duvet with my original delivery with mattresses, but the support team keeps giving me the same reason about they are waiting on the delivery partner for more than 3 weeks its the same story. Without my mistake I have to suffer just because I bought stuff from Emma.

Love it
This is our second Emma mattress, and we absolutely love it. The comfort is excellent, and the mattress feels incredibly soft while still being supportive. It’s also great for restless sleepers, as movement doesn’t disturb sleep. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Delivery challenges.
The mattresses are top tier and the overall experience was very good, the only down side was the delivery communication issue, I would receive an email stating a delivery date and time and I arranged for someone to be home at that time to take the delivery and the driver would turn up at a totally different time when nobody was home and the delivery had to be rescheduled. That is my only gripe.

Delivery was a nightmare
Delivery was a nightmare, your email telling me the mattress had been dispatched indicated to me it was being delivered the next day. But it didn't arrive. That email is only an indication it is moving through the warehouse, I dont want to know this and it was misleading to me. Then when it was supposed to arrive from the courier it didn't and there was no explanation. Finally it arrived on the 3rd day I took off work for the purpose.
I bought a bundle in the black Friday sale which included a double duvet, I use a king size on my double beds and all my covers are king size. No matter how much I pleaded with you there was no facility to swap out for the larger duvet. I wanted to pay the €10 difference but your system apparently could cope with this complication. Your suggestion was to cancel the order and buy them separately which would have cost a lot more and defeated the purpose of the bundle.
Finally. I bought one of the most expensive mattresses you offer and simultaneously I bought a standard emma mattress in lidle. Think I actually prefer the much cheaper standard mattress.
One point I will say is that I found your customer service very easy and prompt to deal with. Very polite, always apologising but at the end of the day the wernt able to do anything to help.

Very comfortable but isn't measurements of small double as ordered. It's width should be 4 foot but it short of this.

i bought 3 mattresses. that says a lot about how good they are.
As for the delivery complaints from the rest of guys who did reviews. Sorry lads but you are all wrong. Sometimes it takes a little longer for the product to be delivered but, in the end, you have a good quality product. what do you prefer. 1 bad mattress delivered in 1 day from a dodge provider or a good 10 years mattress? My first delivery of Emma was also delayed 2 months and yet, now i bought another 3. I mean come on. Suck it up for 1 month until it arrives and then ENJOY the comfort.
