Fraud

Fraud. Two old ladies do NOT make this jewelry. It is obviously made in China. Quality is "China junk".
Very disappointed.

No support - had to dispute the charges on my credit card.

What a terrible way to run a company.

I can reiterate every negative review here. They are crooks. What’s worse is my attempt to do a chargeback to my Bank of America credit card. BofA listened to nothing I said or evidence I submitted and refused to treat this as fraud. Facebook allows these con artist to operate with impunity. From now on, I check everything online with Trustpilot.

What a MISTAKE

What a MISTAKE. $172 of junk. I called and the phone number doesn't work. I sent an email and have not received a reply. I sent my grievance to American Express. I uploaded images from the website and photos of the items received. I found a pair of earrings on Temu for $3.99 which is what I received. Of course, I paid 100 times that.
Two nice old American looking ladies with a Jewelry business and retiring.... They got me hook, line and sinker.
It goes without saying that I failed to research the business on-line but will do so in the future.

THIS IS A SCAM

The jewelry looks to be vintage and of very nice quality online, however, the website is very deceiving and fraudulent. The $185 I spent on Jewelry included 6 pieces that, no exaggeration, I literally could have purchased at the Family Dollar store. The quality is terrible and is nothing as depicted online. After going back and forth several times to receive a full refund, I was told to put a low value on the jewelry, (that was being shipped back to CHINA; no surprise there!) so that it wasn't delayed in customs. I did what I was told and got a receipt from the post office. After numerous emails back and forth, which included my paid USPS receipt of the return, they have refused to give me my money back stating they needed a tracking number which I never received due to the low value put on the merchandise. The postmaster in my town stated, "sorry mam, but you've been scammed" DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have.

What a scam!

The jewelery was definitely not the same as advertised on their website. I received my items today and I was totally dissapointed, it all looked like dress jewelery and not real as stated on their website! Temu Jewellery looks a whole heck real than what i was sent...NEVER AGAIN!

Emma & Mia - fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company, posing as 2 artists who are retiring and selling their beautiful hand made jewelry. What I got was crap that came from the dollar store, and one pair of earrings didn’t even match. When I insisted on returning them, is when I found out where it came from. CHINA! Such junk it is! I wish I had read these reviews first. I’ll never do that again.

The reason I gave one star is that …there is no option for NO stars

SCAM SCAM SCAM, BAIT AND SWITCH WEBSITE

The reason I gave one star is that there is no 0.1 star. The two items i purchased are really bad!!
the same item can be found in a flea market for $1 to $2
The earing design on the website makes you believe that it is hand made with high quality.
the website is bait and switch

the two "friends showing on the site are fake figures, AI-generated
The entire website is in China
When calling the phone number 602 -4377890 listed on the site is not a valid number
The address on the website is 2475 whippet way, Sedona AZ
when a property check was done, the house belongs to an old person who purchased the house in 1989
see the report below

the vendor in China offered me a refund of 10% of the purchase price HAHAHA

It is manufactured, not hand made. The metal described as silver on the web site, in reality it is tin, when the product arrived it is tin metal stamped from mass production without any attention to detail. it has rough edges

"Handmade With Love" is Fraudulent

The earrings I received do not look like the earrings in the website advertisement. I would love to share side-by-side photos but this website doesn't allow photos.

I've requested a return and refund from the merchant in accordance with their 30 day money back guarantee.

I heard back from this "handmade with love" company. I have to return the earrings to a central warehouse in China (rather than the two white haired ladies in advertisement) to get my $77.39 refunded; or they offered an
"Alternative: To save the environment, we can offer you a 20% refund without having to return the goods. Have a nice day! 😄"

I placed a $30.59 order on June 1

I placed a $30.59 order on June 1. It was not billed or put into the process to be sent out until June 23. I was informed on June 29 that the earrings were being shipped from CHINA and would take another three weeks to arrive. On July 18, the package arrived with a different pair of earrings. They told me I would have to pay to ship them back to China or elsewhere. I finally agreed to allow them to keep my $30.59. I was allowed to buy jewelry at $4.95. per item. They sent another pair of earrings I had not ordered and 3 correct pairs. This was supposed to be compensation for the first WRONG set of earrings. I have paid them a total of $50.59. They refuse to send me the item I ordered. CONCLUSION: They sent 2 pairs of the wrong earrings/ 40% WRONG EARRINGS. Today is October 4. They never replaced or refunded either on of the wrong orders. Don't buy from these people. They are not American retirees working out of their home in Sedona AZ. The address listed for them is 1200 Square Feet. You are ordering from a fraudulent Chinese company, and they are stealing everyone's money. Worst company ever.

Buyer Beware...scam business

The items shipped were not the items pictured. I ordered a pair of earrings with a square stone. I got one earring with a square stone and one with a tear shaped stone. NOT a matched set. When I wrote to ask for the one incorrect earring to be replace I was refused and offered a discount to keep the mismatched set. The shipment came from China, the quality of all of the pieces was not what was pictured. Do not waste your money on this crap.

Chinese products

I ordered earrings and received something not even close to what I purchased. When I asked to return them, they offered a 10% and then a 20% refund. I insisted on a full refund, and they sent a return address in China. So, I got scammed and hopefully my CC company can get my money back. It would cost almost twice as much return the product than it did to purchase. I found two other websites that are the same scam.
