I recently bought the cleansing balm and the daily moisturiser. This is by far my most favourite skin care brand. After the cleansing balm my skin is left ultra clean and soft and shiny. I’m truly amazed !
Everyone's experience is different but I am happy with mine
I am writing a review as all the negative ones seem to be 22/23 and very few for 24/25. I am new to EH and have to admit am impressed so far. Delivery was great and am enjoying the product. I had never heard of EH but saw them on the M&S site and as Prai, my go to product, was out of stock decided to try EH. So far so good. The products are not cheap and whether or not the sale prices are competitive I am not sure, but it seems to be standard company policy to maybe inflate prices prior to sale it used to be the 28 day rule. All that said I will probably continue to purchase EH

I’ve used the EH Protect & Prime and its a stand out product I absolutely love it and a little goes a long way. I’ve used a couple of other products - a clay mask and a plumping mist and both are wonderful but the P&P is my fave. I’d use everything Emma Hardie if I had the budget! Surprised by the poor reviews on here though.

I have tried to contact Emma Hardie to no avail. Not only by email but by telephone. The number given for customer service doesn’t appear to exist. I ordered £92.00 of gifts and fear they will be delivered too late, that is if they have even been dispatched. I am very disappointed to say the least. I placed my order a month ago, when there was a 15 year discount on many items - including the two items I ordered.
When looking at your website today, I am extremely disappointed to see that the 'sale' price I paid for the Midas Edit kit is actually the full price of the kit on the website. This shows what I paid for 'sale' price was actually an inflated price original price, to make the customer believe they were recieving a good and fair deal.
I am genuinely so disappointed, I believed Emma Hardie to be a reputable brand and noticing this is really disheartening and feels as if you were not honest with the 15 year sale.
I am sure you hold a history of the % reduction which was placed on this item to get it to £24 in the 'sale'. This information is helpfully not displayed on my order confirmation.
Please either fully refund this item, or refund the original sale % which was shown for the inflated price, so that I am actually getting an honest transaction from you
best customer service ever
I did not quite get the products I ordered, To my email with a request to correct the order I got a reply that I would get a resend and that I did not even have to return what they did send me before. The very next day I got a special delivery with all the correct products. I am pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Emma Hardie deserves a much higher rating!
Terrible customer service and company
My cleansing balm arrived full of little black bits and with a lid that didn’t quite fit the jar. They told me they would send me a replacement. After a few weeks no replacement had arrived so I chased it up, I was told for some strange reason it had been sent back to them and they would send it again with a different courier, UPS. Seems like UPS can’t get it to me either seeing as weeks later my replacement still hasn’t turned up. This company is full of BS and I will never buy from them again.

Customer service above and beyond expectactions
I recently bought an Emma Hardie product from M&S online but after using it for a couple of weeks I noticed that the cream was separating. I contacted the manufacturer Emma Hardie directly by e-mail and sent them a picture. They replied within a few hours, sent me a replacement and a couple of free products plus a pre-paid return label for the faulty product. My experience with Emma Hardie' s customer service has been above and beyond expectations.
Appalling
There seems to be a common theme running through these latest reviews. My wife has used EH products for several years, usually though she has ordered through Amazon but even then the delivery times were never as stated.
In this instance, we placed an order direct with EH on 28th November.
As nothing had been received by 13th January I emailed them.
We received a reply from EH five days later, followed a few weeks afterwards when part of the order arrived.
As of today, my wife is still awaiting the remainder of her order and EH have stopped responding to emails.
Never got my order and no reply from customer service
I've placed an order on Jan 3rd and got a shipping email quite shortly after. But I've never received my order. According to the tracking link, there wasn't anything shipped too. I've sent several emails but don't get any replies. After a while I got 1 email that they will check and get back to me soon. They never did, and I've emailed them many times again but never got an email back. I've contacted my credit card provider a month after I placed my order and I've got my money back through my credit card company. This is the worst webshop experience I've ever had and I will not buy from Emma Hardie again. In fact, I decided not to use Emma Hardie ever again (normally I buy from a retailer). But when they treat their customers like that, I will definitely not return. Stay away!

Terrible customer service and seems I am not alone. Ordered as a gift on their 5-7 day delivery. No sign or contact after 9 working days. Emailed and no response. Just called customer service to be told the item I ordered had a glitch on website and they took too many orders on it so can't now be fulfilled. No-one had contacted me to let me know. Have asked for full refund and won't be ordering again. Disappointing especially as missed the birthday I was gifting it for.

I'm so surprised about the existing poor reviews for Emma Hardie. After having such a recent positive experience I've actively visited Trustpilot to write a review.
Firstly, Emma Hardie products are lovely. Expensive but luxurious and do the job! I've been using the cleansing balm and facial oil for a good few years now.
My most recent bottle had an issue with the stopper and I couldn't easily open the lid. I contacted the team at EH to see if they could recommend any fixes for this. Within the week I had received a replacement bottle of oil plus some lovely new goodies to try.
Can't rate their products and customer service highly enough!

So, let presume that covid and over ordering was tricky. I appreciate that. No harm done. However, I was promised a free gift as a sorry and compensation for the huge delay. This did not arrive. I also was delivered the face oil open, which had then leaked partially into the he packaging. I promptly sent what was then my second email. I have yet to receive a response a month later. The oil was a gift that I have since had to replace.
The communication has been non-existent. I give up expecting any sort of reply or compensation and have just had to accept that my money has gone with no replacement, apology or even acceptance. Needless to say, I will no be repurchasing.

Ordered the cleansing gel and they sent me the balm in error . Contacted them numerous times and they sent me a new delivery (without ever contacting me in any way ) and again sent the wrong item . I sent In pictures showing two incorrect deliveries and again emailed
them again and again and again with absolutely no response from them. I now have two tubs of balm I don’t want and no cleansing gel and they have never once emailed me, called, text me … awful service . I have now emailed them for a full refund as I’m fed up waiting for the correct item and have ordered elsewhere. As yet no response from them.
