I have had stomach issues for a long time, including gas, bloating and constipation. This product has helped with my bowel movements as I’m generally using the bathroom about 1-2 days before the bowel movements. I didn’t notice too much difference in bloating but overall I think over time, it’ll do it!

I have gotten better poop control and lost about 15 pounds. Unfortunately I have had diarrhea since December. My doctor told me to quit taking the EMMA and AKKA for the next couple weeks and see if that helps. I am in no way meaning this as a bad review. I don't even know if bad diarrhea is a possible side affect.

I've been using Emma for about 6 months. It's gentle for sure. No surprises or sudden urges. I have had gut health issues in one form or another all my life. Since I've been taking Emma, I pretty much go every day. Sometimes more than once, & occasionally I'll skip a day, but I'm pretty happy with the results. I told my Gastrologist about it, & she had heard of it, so now the medical profession is beginning to recognize supplements vs drugs. I'm an older lady and have suffered with constipation all my life. After having my kids I decided to try a gastroenterologist. He was known to have a great reputation. He tried me on the traditional medical fixes, but none really worked. He finally put me on Miralax, saying it was not a laxative. It worked for a couple of years, but I didn't like the ingredients. I pretty much gave up, until I came across Emma. Emma works, and it works gently. I can't believe how depend-ly it works. As an elder, I go through medical thisnthats, and my system gets disrupted. I go right back on Emma and it works like always. In fact, I better get an order in soon... !!!

I have been struggling with constipation for a long time. Sometimes it was several days between and then very painful with a lot of straining. I tried probiotics and fiber supplements with no success. Since I have been taking Emma (2 a day after lunch) I have been regular, sometimes twice a day, and no hard and painful movements or loose stools. It really works for me.

The product got eliminated my bloating and gas but I did not have regular bowel movements or they where easier.

This was still disappointing as I was expecting increased results. After using senna products, I was expecting similar results....not happening!!
I received only 3 bottles of Emma, and 2 bottles of Gut relief. While I know that natural products may take longer to work, I had hoped Emma would have given me better results...especially at the price it s sold for.

Dr. Gena Sam, thank you for providing two pills that give me relief. I do need to take a single extra pill the night before bed time. This 3rd pill gives my colon, a little extra bust. I generally poop once a day but sometimes once every two days. That is where taking that extra pill helps. I am actually quite pleased with your product Emma. Thank you for making my poop experience more gentle. As for recommendations, I can recommend the use of Emma to anyone that needs a little help.

I don't know how to communicate effectively how this product works. But it does what the company says it does. Looking at other reviews I noticed people might be taking them as they choose. But if you follow the instructions, the result will be well. Personally, I am extremely happy that I found the company. I am 70 years old and it has done wonders for me. I am not always able to buy it to keep up with it consistently. When I am able to go several months and have the product to use it's just perfect. Everything moves smoothly. I think I've eliminated things that were even stuck in me. Give it a try and use it as the the directions say. Customer service is great. I've been taking it for about two weeks now. One or two capsules per day. I noticed an increase in diarrhea and I'm trying to figure out why. I'm gonna reduce to one capsule see if that gives me relief. A diarrhea is mainly in the morning only.
I do have less gas now.

When I first started taking Emma, I found a difference almost immediately. However, things have not always gone well as I don't always tend to eat the way I should or the stress returns. What I've learned over the months is the importance to eating well continuously, day in and day out and dealing with the underlying issue which caused the symptoms to start with: the stress! When I do this, the Emma products do the work more effectively!
