very good coffee, unfortunately the package of coffees was slightly crushed and the packaging broke, I poured the coffee into a container and it was fine

We're sorry to hear that the packaging arrived broken! However, we are sure it did not leave our warehouse that way. You are welcome to send us an email with pictures of the broken coffee bag so we can report the damage to the post office. Of course, we are happy to send you a new bag as well.
