Bad product

The oven is the worst appliance I have ever bought!! Set the temperature to 350 degrees won’t heat past 250 degrees. It is at least 50 degrees off. Need to sell a product that is useable. Selling this junk is nothing more than dishonest!! I highly recommend that nobody buys this oven! Can’t say that the whole brand is bad but I’m sure not going to waste my money on anything else that has the Imprava name on it.

I love that the products are USA made

I love that the products are USA made. I can’t speak on the pros or cons of the gas range and range hood I purchased because they have yet to be installed. Overall I am pretty happy with the experience I had with this company.

Fan won't stop running!!!

The cooktop seems to be good, looks pretty, and has all the functions. Wired as they asked, simple for 220V. The only issue is the cooling fan came on as soon as it was connected to power and has not turned off for 2 days. We have yet to cook anything yet but not so happy with this issue right out of the box. DO NOT expect help from the office; service or a person is not to be found. You are on your own if you have difficulties.

Reversing door on wine cooler

I ordered a small wine cooler. The write up said you could reverse the door. There is a Empava logo on the top of the door thus making it impossible to reverse as the logo will be upside down. How can you say that the door can be reversed??

Additionally, please note that there is a plug located at the top of the door, which should be moved to the opposite side to ensure proper functionality and aesthetic appeal when the door is reversed. This plug can be easily relocated by following the instructions provided in the user manual.

Empava Cooktop Frustrating to Use

We purchased our Empava cooktop about one year ago through Amazon. The first thing we noticed is when you turn the switch on for a burner, it's tricky and often doesn't light up. You have to keep trying to turn it on, and if you're lucky, eventually it ignites. Now approximately one year of ownership, the large middle burned won't ignite. We thought it might've been clogged, and took everything apart and cleaned it out. We reached out to corporate via their website, but no company representative responded. We wish we would've kept our Whirlpool cooktop.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Received notifications every step of the way as far as tracking. Also received my orders very quickly. One came damaged and I got with customer service and they took care of my order very quickly and got me a new one sent right away. Highly recommend!

Had a brick break

Outstanding quality!

The Empava appliances are outstanding! Excellent quality. The shipping was quick considering mine came cross country. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. Value is spectacular. I'm very pleased and will return for more ( wall ovens, pizza oven and wine fridge).
