There was a mistake in the order and the wrong item was shipped to me. However, customer service was impeccable and assisted with exchanging the item with the right one in a prompt manner and with great communication along the way.

Only downside was the delivery service that is subcontracted by the courier they used. Emperion used Packeta, which subcontracted SameDay for the local delivery. The subcontracted courier which was supposed to deliver the replacement package to my door, managed to lose it. SameDay had to conduct an investigation, and even informed me that I have to contact the sender (Emperion) for compensation. But then they actually managed to find the lost package, so the issue was resolved. In general SameDay has a history of bad service. Nothing Emperion can do about it probably, but maybe they can alert the initial courier (Packeta) to not do business with that subcontractor in the future.

I'm sure Emperion would have found a way to compensate me if the lost packaged had not been found. So overall, the whole experience was absolutely stellar.

Best online store and the best customer support ever, whenever I needed an advice they replied quickly.

I don't usually leave reviews but thought Emperions customer service was exceptional. Quicker than expected shipping and immediate responses to queries. Will be checking them out again in future.

I ordered an Agilite Plate carrier, they shipped fast with UPS. My regional branch of UPS very bad, had to send package back to them. I send them email. They responded fast, even though Christmas holyday. They take package back and resend it with DHL express free of additional charge.
5/5 would order from them in the future.

Sent me a broken replica, parts falling right out the magwell with 4 test fires single shot and no communication whatsoever. Probably not eager to warranty me. I will never give one more euro to these cashgrabs.

Edit: finally recieved communication, unwilling to admit any mistake from their side and writes arrogant condescending answers trying to gaslight it’s my fault. Not a serious business.

This was first time ordering from this Company, very good communication via email to my queries.
Placed my order for RATECH RAG-WE-238 wood kit for Cybergun/WE Thompson M1A1 GBBR. I selected the UPS 5 day delivery service at £15. The order was processed by Emperion in a prompt manner, I placed the order on Friday 7th Feb and was shipped on the Monday. I received the delivery with great UPS tracking on the Saturday, would have been the Friday 14th but had to reschedule. I am very pleased with the service from Emperion and UPS. The wood kit fits very well with just a little bit of patience getting the bolts lined up For the foregrip and stock. I had to a small bit of filing of the wood stock to get bolts lined up ok but no problems. Just take your time if you have to do a little filing retry fitting the piece. The wood kit looks very good and adds some weight to the GBBR. Would recommend the company, shipping from Italy to UK was fine.

Ordered a number of times from them, and have never had an issue. They have a more refined selection of higher quality equipment than most other airsoft shops, less chance to stumble upon gimmicky or unusable equipment, they are also much quicker than other shops to obtain new products as soon as they get released. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Looked high and low for a specific no-longer-made in the USA 3X magnifier mount. For several years I checked at gun shows, on-line, and even contacted the original manufacturer direct. To no avail. But Emperion Had It!, and I could not be happier. Thank you, Emperion!

I orderd some stuff from there and afterwards I checked trustpilot if the store was okay (I know I know, you need to do it the other way around. Whoops) after if seen some of the reviews I was scared that I was scammed. Luckily it was not the case! They are friendly and want to help you! I had a good experience with them.

The o ly thing I have to say that was not that good was the response time on the mail. Most of the time they were really fast like 1 or 2 hours but had one time that I had to wait 2/3 days for an answer.

After al a good experience and you don't have to be afraid to be scammed.

No place to insert UKARA number when ordering. Border Force confiscated item. Customer service was useless.

While in some aspects this company is reputable there is some work to be done and improvements to be made. I ordered two Earmor m32 Mark 3 Milpros headsets in two separate shipments. The second shipment I made the addition of ordering two sets of M16 adapters for ARC rail systems valued at €67.99 euros each set. While I was sent the correct headset I was sent to different color helmet covers, valued at €14.99 instead of the ark rail adapter sets that I asked for. Still waiting on them to reply to me for support as I will either be asking that they send the arc rails that I ordered or refund me for the two sets. Hopefully they follow through and if they do this review will be updated.

Edit: Sorry for the delay. Life got pretty busy. So the next business day after I reached out to them via email I called them. After a brief conversation, turns out it was a fault in their system that caused the error and they sent me the correct items the same day via express shipping! They even allowed me to keep the headband covers! Awesome customer service and will more than likely buy from them again.

Whatever you do, do not buy from this website, it’s a scam website, Probably all of their reviews are fake as well. I ordered something from their website months ago they replied with 3 words and sent me the same email I received the first week, can’t get In touch with customer service. Bough an UMAREX HK417 magazine for aeg on here as there were none about in the uk, ordered it and it came within a week and gave me a better one as the advertised one wasn’t in stock at no extra charge. Great company!

Fantastic company, I have ordered from Emperion twice in the last 48 hours for external and internal parts for customers guns I do tech work on. Emperion always has great selection of in-stock items and I have never got that dreaded email after I order stating that something I ordered is actually out of stock - like so many others. I trust Emperion's staff to get my order out on time with a methodical and predictable regularity. My latest order will arrive (no doubt) by DHL tomorrow, all the way from Italy to Ireland. THATS service.
