Good service

Bought an Aqua One 110 Oakstyle and everything I needed for it. Had a chat on a couple of occasions with Sophia, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and curteious.
On some occasions I have been to Maidenhead aquatics but there I have found there customer service awful, no one says hello or asks if you need help or what are you looking for, where as Emperor always take time to acknowledge you.
I will keep purchasing my fish and equipment from Emperor.

Excellent service from Sophia and…

Excellent service from Sophia and Hayley. Had a problem with a fish I purchased. They provided a replacement with some expert advice . Real hassle free and friendly experience. Very knowledgeable staff at emperor tropicals.Would highly recommend.
