I recently paid for service 5 days before my due date but I never got the service. They have ignored my requests to look into the issue. They have not returned my phone calls. They have not returned my emails. This company is a SCAM!!! Don’t trust them!!! I’m going to report them to the BBB.

I've been a customer of Lowest Host/Empire Technology for almost 15 years. After moving away from many others I finally found the reliable and [most important IMHO] friendly hosting company. Important thing that stands out: they do not outsource services to South Asia or Eastern Europe [just what many do]. They do not put you on hold forever. They do not wipe your drives on the second day overdue payment. They do not overcharge $$/hr just to fix their own faults [I got this often with one Canadian giant hosting]. They are not treating you like a amateur with $5 in a pocket, and overall they allways act professionally.
Anyone can buy and install powerful servers in Data Center, but not many can maintain customers for more than a decade.
PS: Oh, I forgot there were neither technical failures nor blackouts since [when?]. Just didn't happen.

Some reviews you may see when dealing with hosting companies may rate and review one or two years in, and for most, this is a reasonable amount of time, however, I have been with Empire Hosting/Lowest Host into my 11th year and this is my first time I have rated/reviewed them. Now, keep in mind a lot can change over the course of the years and most for the bad, such as an degrade in service or support but in the 11 year business relationship of COLO my server with Empire Hosting/Lowest Host, service, support and products continue to improve throughout the years. More so, Dale and his team go beyond the support that you sign up and pay for to help your business and to keep a business relationship that is unmatched in comparison. You just cannot find that in too many places, especially within a hosting partnership.

This is not a “You get what you pay for” business because they offer much more than what companies stop at the basics of your service. 99% of the time, tickets are answered within an hour, no matter the priority and no matter the request. Aside from reboots and/or software updates, I can’t remember a downtime and most of the time there are zero problems with the services and products they offer, but if you find that rare instance there is a problem, most of them are resolved within 15 minutes, and with no downtime. Dales knowledge on point within this industry and supersedes my expectations as well as others who have rated/reviewed Empire Hosting/Lowest Host.

If you don’t have equipment, need equipment or simply looking to upgrade equipment, Empire Hosting/Lowest Host is your only one stop source and company who can fulfill your requests and can help you meet your needs without overselling you anything that you don’t need, instead, they will help weigh your options that are within your budget and with prices outlined with no surprises down the road.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a more than reasonable partner and company, regardless of you’re a novice or veteran of the hosting industry, I would recommend that you give Empire Hosting/Lowest Host the opportunity to assist you in your achievements and needs first. You have absolutely nothing to lose.

I've been using Empire Hosting services for almost around 6 years. I started with a couple of VPS from them, but now I've 2 dedicated servers from Empire Hosting. I kind of fell in love with the company, as there services are amazing. I've over 12 years experience in the web hosting industry and trust me when I say, they are absolutely great. There response time is very fast. They always go above and beyond to resolve any issue and then later explain it so well. In fact I've learned a great deal from them. I would recommend them to everyone.

I haven't as yet put my materials on the web hosting site, but I've used their email support many, many times. They've often gotten back to me within the hour; occasionally I've had to wait only about three hours. This is fantastic!

I like the support which is really quick and helpful. Also, it's affordable, stable hosting and so far, for last 4 years, I've never had any hacked website. Also, they are very flexible when considering paying invoices.
I would truly recommend Empire Hosting to any blogger, or website builder.
