Would highly recommend John Grose. Ryan and the team were professional and attentive, and took very good care of us from order to delivery of our new car. We were kept informed of the build and delivery status, then thoroughly enjoyed the day of collection. Aftercare has also been excellent.

Fantastic Customer Service
I cannot speak more highly about John Grose Woodbridge. From first point of contact to the the after sales care they are just fantastic.
Every single member of staff are kind, courteous and professional and it is always a pleasure to see them when I am trading in a car.
I am never made to feel rushed and they are so helpful when helping me decide on which car will suit my needs the best. I also feel like they are getting me the best deal possible, without all the pushy sales tactics that I've had thrown at me at other sales centres in the past.
I will most definitely be returning in the future. I have been using them for many years and recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Good experience
We have had Ford cars for a few years and always shop around. JG were approachable, always called back promptly and didn't leave you waiting. They were straight talking and we got a deal we were happy with. We didn't part exchange as the price they gave us was very low, could have got more from We Buy Any Car but ended up selling privately. We travelled by train as we live quite a long way away and George picked us up from the station. All in all a very good experience.
But always recommend shopping around first.
