Great online Brazilian grocery store
First time ordering with Emporio Brasil and I was very impressed. The delivery was super quick, and I was really impressed by how carefully everything was packed, no damage at all. We had a minor issue with one of the items, but their customer service was amazing: they replied fast and sorted it out with no hassle. We’ve ordered from other stores before, but this one stands out for its excellent service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

I bought items for Feijoada - excellent customer service experience
I bought items for Feijoada. They were shipped to the wrong address (my mistake). The company communicated with me effectively, we tried to resolve the issue or re-shipping the order from the DPD depot to my place, but these DPD guys have 'rules and regulations' and no humanity in mind. After all, Emporio offered to send a brand new parcel with my order to the correct address -' on the house', despite the fact that I offered to pay for shipment again. This is called THE CUSTOMER-focused SERVICE. I'll be ordering again - 100 %

Great products and nice delivery
I bought some polvilho and frozen coxinhas, I wasn’t home when it arrived, but it was really well packed and the cozinhas were still cold by the time I got home. It’s the first time I ordered something from them, but the quality of the products was really good, and I’m really happy with my purchase!

Authentic ingredients
Was recommended to use this company from a friend. I was having trouble obtaining authentic Brasilian ingredients.
I have been so happy with my purchases! All arrived promptly in perfect condition. You really cannot get the authentic flavours without the proper ingredients so I’m very pleased to have found this supplier.
