The worst I have ever been done over
I bought a 2006 BMW X3 from this company in May 2022. The car was sold to me from "WMB Car Sales" but my card was charged by "Empress Car Sales". Despite being sold to me as a good runner, the vehicle was highly defective - main issue being a knackered rear diff that makes a horrible noise and is likely to break at any moment. The parking sensors - front and back - did not work, and there is a leak in the cooling system which constantly causes the car to overheat and break down.
I sent a number of polite messages and got nowhere. I had to resort to going in there, in person, where Monika told me the company was sold and she cannot help me as she is "only an employee". Only when I went home to check the internet and my transactions did I find that:
1. WMB Car Sales didnt charge me despite me having an invoice from them. It was Empress Car Sales that took my money
2. She is actually the Director of Empress Car Sales.
This company is the definition of a cowboy outfit. Do not give them your money.
