Professional and reliable service from start to finish. Speedy response to my enquiries and very accommodating to my specific requirements. Everything went according to plan, with perfect timings. This was very reassuring for a mum trying to get her son moved into his new student accommodation, when she's in Hong Kong and cannot move him in herself. A friendly and understanding approach.

I have used Emrys Removals twice now for cross country moves and could not recommend them enough. The online booking request system is user friendly and getting a response took no time at all. Once the pickup time and date was established, I paid a deposit in advance and only paid the remainder of the cost once the service was completed and I was completely satisfied. A brilliant and reliable removals service if you are based in the West Midlands.
