Please BE AWAERE and trust no word

Please BE AWAERE and trust no word from anyone there. They have told me I have won free treining, what I did not bealive actually so I have asked more times. They have persuade especially Olmo Becker persuade me many times thats is free. When I have got to the first training, I have found out that is not actulally free but he was again persuading me I am not going to pay anything as they have contract with all the swiss health insurances so the charge for it will be taken over. I have told him I do not bealive it, but he was again pushing me trust him and sign the papers even I asked him more then once if I could take it home to read first. He did not leave me and pushed me to sign straight away. (What I was aware of, I would not bealive this could be even truth). So they have self charged my bank account!!!! Please do NOT TRUST them.

Absolute scam

The exact same thing happened to me! They reached out to me saying I had won 5 free sessions and an evaluation in the end after which I could decide whether I want to continue or not. I signed the contract and two weeks later after 3 sessions decided not to proceed. I had a conversation on site at the location and was ensured that they had put it in their systems and that the contract would not come into effect. Now I just noticed that they have charged my account with more than CHF1000 since march. They deny that I ever stepped out of the contract even though I never even finished the free trial and they ensured me several times that I was not going to be charged when I discontinued the trial. This has to stop, and they have to face the consequences of their doing. Ironic that they don’t even have a Google maps entry to about getting reviews like this. Moreover they also told me I was seriously obese (me: 170, sporty figure, 64kg) and had 40% body fat. This kind of misinformation prays on people with insecurities and can be extremely harmful mentally. Absolute shitshow of a business, which should have been closed down yesterday. Glad to see that many of you are taking action. I am also taking legal action against them and am happy to support anyone’s trial & journey as well.

If only i could give no stars at all…

If only i could give no stars at all since this company doesnt deserve it.

What a effing joke of a center.. Greedy B*stards and i hope one day this company get what it deserves-> be reported and closed down!!

O Becker is very good with twisting words. When I went for my first appointment, he said that we could cancel it anytime with notice ofc..

But nope.. when you cancel after your trial period they will make you pay for the WHOLE YEAR!!

Instead of charging you before your trial month ends or every start of the month like they claim to say… they will charge you the end of your trial period so it would be too late for you to cancel your “trial” and then have to pay for the subscription.

I know this situation didnt only happen to me but to alot more people.

Now im forced to “train” there because of the subscription.

Training:

•Always the same exercises/movements
•they dont wash the “ems outfit”(not the cheap leggings and shirt) after each client but only “disinfect” it.
•they also dont clean the area where the clients train so if youre unlucky and train in the evening.. you dont know how many people sweated on the stuff you’re gonna wear plus the mats that you lie down in where some clients train barefooted

BEWARE - SCAM !

BEWARE - IT IS A TRAP

I was sold a trial month that would start on my first training day. The first training day had not started when I was asked to pay the WHOLE 12 months because I was late with my first payment: the bank had not recognized my signature on the direct debit installment order whilst I was away taking care of my sick father (no wonder considering the physical state I was in when they bullied me into signing the contract ). This despite the fact that I had told them in advance that I would be away for personal reasons and therefore will not be able to start the training before 1-2 months from the signature day. This was THE condition upon which I agreed to sign . I was explicitly reassured that my trial month, would start on the day of my first training , not on the day of signature .

Beware I received ONE single payment notice before I got a legal NOTICE of debt collection ( Betreibung !) .

I tried to write and explained myself many times but only received robot like answers not addressing my concerns but vehemently pressing the legal debt collection procedure I am facing if I was not to pay the whole 12 months .

I HAD NOT EVEN STARTED TRAINING !

My legal insurance confirmed that they could not insist in getting the whole amount paid out. But they refuse to take the claim back which means I have an entry in my official debt registry which penalizes me in my flat and job searches .

They are a harmful bunch of scammers who have never heard anything about client retention , humanity or empathy .

Stay away.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. If you go for a trial session, they are super pushy and want you to sign a contract immediately. Seems like they tell you whatever they need to for you to sign.

The trainings are ineffective at best and the prices are exorbitant.

The good reviews on here all come from Germany and some seem to be AI-generated. Pretty sure they are all fake.

This is an update from my previous…

This is an update from my previous note:

If you really want to help others and ensure this SCAM STOPS, I urge you to fight for your rights and don’t let this family bully you. They are charging (Betreiben) people left and right and try to intimidate everyone to steal their money.

The more people that fight it, the more visibility and awareness this scam gets.

I have a lawyer and have decided to go to court.

There are a lot of holes in their contracts and emails so check yours.

Also fyi the „Chefin“ (LP) who writes all the threatening emails but has been taken out of the company signatory list is the mother of the owner !
