Very slow, until now my parcel did not arrive. But it is already in local post office but still they did not deliver in our address. I am waiting for almost 3 weeks and it is very important documents that i need to pass. Japan-manila (2-3 days) very fast but in manila to davao it takes 2 weeks.

Parsel arrived at uk then not had ene update for 22 days

I have been tracking my package for a few weeks now. At least they have been updating that info. After spending a couple of weeks in China it finally cleared customs and arrived in the US. Now, through the updates, I'm watching it wander around this country. I can see where it finally made it's way to Montana where it's been sitting for a few days. But I'm in Tennessee so am waiting for it to start moving again. As this is a reorder (the first package never made it) I honestly don't expect it to arrive at all. But at least they're keeping it interesting.

Absolutely horrendous service, wanted an extra £210 for them to deliver my parcel! And apparently was refundable on delivery.
Obviously I didn’t get my parcel !!!

Unfortunately I can’t give a zero. Waiting for a month. Track number doesn’t exist, on the track number of the service that I use it says that the address is incorrect, then that the person ha sent claim the parcel. I have no track number from them. They customer service is not in service ( yes! That’s what the line says as soon as you try to dial the number) wrote email nobody answer. It’s a shame no global law is chasing them. Absolutely stay away!!!

This is the worst shipping company ever. My parcel has been shipped for over a month now and this company hasnt updated the shipping status since the day it was shipped.
My parcel is no where to be found.
I paid extra money so that i can receive my parcel on time. They told me it will take 7-10days for me to receive it and it has been over a month now and i haven't recieved it yet.
This people are scam. Do not ship your parcel with this company. I repeat, do not use this company!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish parcels been getting sent all round China never quite making it on the plane to the uk they keep saying returned for security reasons starting to think that is just a big con been supposibly posting it since 27 December 2021 don't know what's happening with it think someone is walking from China to the uk with it EMS CHINA POST stay well clear of them if possible

Poor service, no communication, parcel in stand by for weeks and finally half of the content of parcel ( still undelivered) will be destroyed because what was allowed a month ago, is not allowed a month later without any valuable explanation or reference to an official text. I am totally disgusted, I will never send anything with EMS ever again.

I would give this company a zero but then I couldn’t write a review! After 2 months of BS they finally admitted that they lost the package. The kept moving the package around in circles on their track system to make it look like it was still with them, when obviously they lost it about a month ago. Lost 80 bucks as the sending refuses to reimburse me, and wants me to deal with THIS shipping company. The shipping company wants me to deal with the supply. Both are pointing fingers at each other. Out 80 bucks but a leason learned.

A package was sent to me from Africa...receipt sent and it weighed 22.9kg which was like 50pounds...by the time it was sent to U.S.A...it weighed 3pounds which ws 1kg meaning an empty package was sent down.N till date even d empty bag they sent wasn't delivered cos d company to deliver for E.M.S said drs no delivery destination on package.Meaning they refused to put final destination cos o they have already emptied d bag b4 sending it.Items worth thousands of dollars missing...still a nightmare. Useless pple.U deserve no star

Terrible!! One star is too much to rate this fraudulent business!! It’s been 3 freaking months since I placed my order. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS!! as of today Nov. 10,2021 my shipment was somehow lost!! After waiting 2 months for my original order they sent me some B.S order that wasn’t even mine.. I payed $200 for some children’s activities centers and I received a pair of freaking socks!!!! Socks!! Why on earth would I order socks from a vendor in China lol so they resent my order and just as it showed arriving in the U.S the following day (yesterday) the update shows CONTACT SENDER YOU ORDER MAY HAVE BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT

Absolutely unacceptable, EMS should not even be allowed to be in business, I believe they are a front that allows conmen to hide behind while ripping people off, four times my package has been lost or apparently sent back for no good reason and no explanation, I just keep receiving another useless tracking number attached to a useless website that puts everything in quangdong china until it miraculously arrives in Arizona then disappears like smoke, EMS is a very shady dishonest, incompetent business. Dont trust EMS or any online sellers that deal with them or you will never see your merchandise and definitely if the company name PTRTEF.COM is associated with it do yourself a favor and click out, the guy who runs this company is just as bad as EMS, nothing but false promises and cheap excuses.

I HAVE ORDERED 4 GOLF ITEMS FROM A CHINA COMPANY, BIG MISTAKE, THEY SHIPPED OUT ON SEPT. 5,7.8 AND NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHERE OR WHO HAS MY ITEMS. EMS SHOWS DELIVERED OM OCT. 2,3 5 BUT NOT TO WHO THEY DELIVERED. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES SCAMMERS.

Purchased a backpack and never received package. There is no customer Service telephone on their website you can call. I Had to wait for a service rep in a chat system for over 19 minutes for someone to answer chat. The chat person was not able to add my tracking numbers to my order. Horrible experience with this company, avoid purchases here at all cost.

After reading the reviews of EMS when my Chinese shipper used them, I was not sanguine about ever receiving my package, but fair's fair, and I have to say that except for being a bit slow (it took 19 days door to door) it went very smoothly. The tracking worked fine, and the item arrived in perfect shape

I sent a package from Japan to Belgium on June 7th 2021 using EMS. The package was suppose to arrive ~1 week later. However, it took them more than 2 months to determine that they actually lost my package somewhere on the way... They did not provide any explanation of what happened, simply stating that "the package could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances". When I formally requested to investigate this situation, the simply concluded that "the package is lost without any trace". What kind of explanation is that? An 8kg package disappears without any trace?! Unforeseen circumstances?! The package contained used items, gifts that were received from family and friends through many years. These items may not have a lot of monetary value, but for me, they are irreplaceable. So I asked them to conduct another search for my package, the refused, stating that their "investigation conclusion is final" . Money can really really replace the items they lost. But even then, when I finally submitted a damage claim for the lost package, they offered to reimburse the shipping fee that I payed (it was ~180USD) and for the contents of the package they offered ~30USD.. When I asked to also compensate for the inconvenience caused and the sentimental value of the package, they outright refused and asked me to leave.. 30USD for all the trouble you caused?! Really?! I wish I could give them less than 1star in this review. Don't use their service for anything valuable!
